Another illegal telemarketer who can't follow the law! Had no caller ID and used a spoofed number.
Very similiar number to Vehicle Processing Center trying to sell auto warranty.

I receive more calls from "Caller Unknown", "Caller Name Unavailable", etc. than I can keep count of, every single day and into the night; messages are never left. My number is unlisted, is on the "Do Not Call" registry, and I am debt free. These calls are never answered, unsolicited, and not appreciated. It is outrageous that this goes on and on and on!
