This person is pretending to list my house for rent, it is for sale - they are a fraud! If you get any info on them please email me directly at garyromel@gmail.com. Scammer if you are reading this is going to be investigated by law enforcement personnel and all possible criminal and civil action WILL be taken.
To all others who may read this and have seen the ad or spoken to "me", please note my realtor Mr. Boone is a TOP-NOTCH realtor, it seems this scammer has it out for myself and Brett.

I got one of those calls about 2 weeks ago. She's a nasty one. I told her to send me the subpoena and I will trash her in Court for what she is doing to me and others.

He pirated our ad. We had the property for sale, but he changed the ad to rent to own with a rental price that is nearly 50% lower than going rates here. We have a For Sale sign in front with our number, and we have received more than 10 calls.
