They left me a voicemail message talking about car insurance. I have no car.

Spam auto insurance - I answered and let it go thru. I pressed 1 like they asked to talked to a rep who "could save me money on your car insurance". I held for 3 minutes even though the caller was saying hold time was less than 30 seconds. I was going to ask who it was since I'm supposedly on the TX & fed No-Call list. Never got to talk to anyone. I called back to press 3 to have my number supposedly removed from their database.

REPORT THIS NUMBER. A YOUNG LADY ANSWERED SPEAKING ABOUT "LOWERING MY INSURANCE". I TURNED MY TELEPHONE RECORDER ON AND ADVISED HER THIS PHONE CALL WAS BEING RECORDED ON MY END. They faked their caller ID info so you can't identify them. The only reason to do this is if it's a scam.

I work nights and sleep during the afternoon, and use my phone's alarm feature.  I got woke up at 1pm by an annoying computer telling me I'm paying too much for car insurance, AND I DON'T HAVE A CAR!!! I ride my bicycle to work.

If you are getting spam text messages and you are using one of the major providers (Verizon, AT&T, Sprint or T-Mobile), forward that text to 7726 ("SPAM" on the number keyboard).  THIIS *SHOULD* BE A FREE TEXT, but confirm with your provider.  This enables the provider to gather enough complaints to pursue this in court, which is going to have a much greater impact than a single individual doing it.

Called cell phone, did not answer, no message left.  Looks like spam call according to posters above.  The 469 prefix is one used in the Dallas-Ft Worth area.  The prefix used to be given mostly to cell numbers, but don't know if that is still the case.

B*****ds called my cell phone while at work, trying to solicit me for auto insurance. These illegal peter puffers are calling though my number is on the DO NOT CALL list for Texas and the National DO NOT CALL list. They also masked their caller ID, so you KNOW this is an illegal spam operation. Sod off, w**kers!

Voice mail stating they're from Motor Vehicle and that their record shows I'm paying too much my auto insurance.  No SH*T.  everyone pays too much for their insurances.......F-off.

I just got a call from this number on my verizon cellphone. I did not answer guessing its a telemarketer. They did not leave a voicemail.

Received call on my cell phone (it's on do-no-call list) Car insurance, press 1 for more info, 3 to be removed, pressed 3. Called them back talked to Donna, asked me how many cars etc. told me they represent insurance  companies like State Farm etc. asked her mailing address and where they got my number from offered to remove me from the list and hung up. I filed a complaint at http://www.fcc.gov/complaints

I received a call from 469-239-0211. They said I was probably paying too much for car insurance, and to press 1 for more information, or 3 to be removed from their list. Did not answer, phone indicates it's from Royse City, TX. No message was left.

Got a call from this  number on 1/8/2013. I answered and it was an automated lady saying "Thank you". Then it hung up. Ever since I get these weird SMS messages about Target gift cards. I Googled the SMS messages number and it links to a AOL account that I do not have. I am worried now that my phone number was some how hacked and I will continue to receive these stupid messages at all hours of the night like I have been.

Got call.  Says from Royse City, TX.  I sent it to voicemail.  They did not leave a message.

I received the same call.  I let it go to voicemail, so I didn't catch who it was.

Called the number back and it was a machine taking about a deal on auto insurance rates.  Press 3 to opt out.

Recorded spam on my cell (costing me $1.10) telling me I am paying too much for car insurance.

called cell phone...i hung up as the female "robo" call stated to speak...if they don't call my name immediately, then i know it's not for me!  they get the dial tone!!!
