They are ***holes.

They keep hounding my cell phone number after a roommate that I used to live with over two years ago. After explaining to them over and over again reason to stop calling. They will not take my number off their list they refused because they think I know where she is or have any sort contact with her which I don't!
This is only an example of how rude they can into harassing you over the phone. Simply considering that their cocky attitude and loss of respect toward me by making fun of me (mocking my way of being nice to the caller) is them just thinking that they are "doing their job." Which shows what demeaning, no personality, cubed up b.s.ing on a phone job to get paid and by that they live a negative crappy life.

These people called our home and asked for our social security number and would not tell us who they were or the purpose of their call. Really bizarre. Be careful!

I have received numerous calls from this "snake" of a company that is using a recorded message telling me that my account is in danger.  The recording asks me to call their number to talk over the situation.  I have nothing to do with this company nor do I have any account with them or anyone else that is deliquent.  CCA-DALLAS is a complete nuisance to society and it uses electronics to contact numbers they get from who knows where.  I complained about them to the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY.  I suggest other violations be turned in to DNCR also.  They should not have the right to invade my privacy or anyone else that has no connection to their business problems.

This # shows up and a guy keeps leaving messages to call back. He won't say who he's calling for or what CCA stands for. If he can't even say who he's trying to reach, how would he really expect anyone to call back. I think It's as crooked as it gets. I'll never calll anyone I don't know back, especially if they're acting as shady as this.

they called with a guy's recorded voice saying that "it's important that we speak to you, please stay on the line while i connect you to a representative..." i waited about 20 seconds, and all of a sudden it was that "beep, beep, beep..." like i was hung up on...strange...it's not the first time i get this call

. As I asked the lady whom I spoke with what does CCA stand for? Guessing the C and A stands for collection agency. She was all like "something like that it's the name of the company." Mocking me by the way I said it. When the actual company name is GLOBAL CROSSING LOCAL SERVICES. How hard was it for her to tell me that?
So yeah, they are pretty rude.

469-324-3401 calls everyday, morning, mid-day and evening. They have been constantly calling for months about a debt I do not owe. I went so far as trying to speak with one neanderthal who kept repeating that my credit was already hit, pay the money in full now.  My minor son picked up the phone to be threatened by one caller.

This is one of a number of lines connecting to CCA - a collection company. The third time they called (and the third time I asked them to take my number off the list as the person they were calling for no longer had that number) I spoke with David, who refused to give me an employee number or other identification other than he was the only David at that number with CCA.
