Veronica please do not pay these people a dime more of your money. This is a long running scam that's been going on for years. If they cannot provide you written proof of your debt then you do not owe the money. This people are terrible I know but don't let them bully you into paying them anymore money.

I have been getting these calls also. They have the same scam al lof them. One of them told me that if I didn't call back with my attorny's name within 48 hours I would be arrested. Well its been 3 weeks and I am still waiting for the police to come arrest me. When I ask there name I get this is Mark jones with a thick Indian accent. YEAH RIGHT MARK. so I asked the company name and they gave two different company names in the same phone call. I have called the Attorney General in my state. the FBI and my local law enforcement. there isn't much they will or can do because usually these idiots are calling on cell phone or even from India making it look as if thety are in the states. If you get one of these calls begin keeping track of the numbers tey are calling from and report them to your local law enforcement the FBI and amnyone else you can think of. I have resorted to telling them that I will get who they want to talk to and just leaving the phone sit there. And to really have fun I put an air horn to the mouthpiece on the phone and let it rip. maybe if they all become deaf they will quit calling.

Called this # after a message was left for me by a woman named Jessica Williams(indian accent) claiming to be an attorney.  When I called I blocked my # and she answered This is Jessica Williams how may I help?   Learn proper English!  Finish your sentences when speaking!  Yeah-right she is a real attorney!

Cynthia-I have written quite a few posts on this #.   If you click on fake payday loan collection scams please list new numbers here (800 notes) there are a few posts on this #.   The woman who answered the phone for you was probably so called lawyer Jessica Williams.  She is a piece of work-very rude and unprofessional for a lawyer!   I also recently tried to call this # and all it does is beep(yeah real legitimate place of business)!   I am glad you called them out on their scam.   Best to report it to FTC, BBB, police, attorney general etc.   Also they hate it when you constantly call and bother them.  They know they are being investigated-they come here to read the posts.

I agree this # is a total scam operation!  I got a call from them a few weeks ago.  They had a very heavy Indian accent.  Claiming I was being recorded on a Federally recorded line.  They called my work and was very rude.  At first I got a woman then I spoke to an "attorney" a very RUDE JACK***!!!  I called back because I was suspicious.  The lady that answered the phone just said  "hello" no company name.  Do they think I'm stupid.  They told me that there's a lawsuit being downloaded on my name and SSN and they need me to pay NOW if not their client is going to take me to court and I will have to pay more fees.  They didn't want to give me the name of the loan company or any other details.  She also advised me that my employer and supervisor would be served papers as well.  I told them I'm not paying and hung up.  Today I called back to see if I can send them any proof that & I never received a loan.  They told me the same crap.  I told them that I'm not paying for a loan I never got and they hung up on me. I called a number that I have at work and told them what happened.  They said they're DEFINETELY A SCAM!!!  They also said that over the past 6 months this # is scamming people out of money everyday.  So I called them back and I told them that they should be ashamed of themselves & that I know this is a scam!!!  I told them that now they're being investigated & will be arrested!!!  All the lady could say was that she didn't have time for this & hung up.  What's funny is that about 30 minutes later the rude guy called me back at work I told him to please hold.  He was holding on the phone for about 2 minutes then he hung up.  I tried calling back & it went straight to a general voicemail.  I just tried calling them back from my cellphone & now that number doesn't even ring.  Funny huh?   PLEASE BE CAREFUL!!!  DO NOT PAY THEM ANYTHING!!!  IDIOTS!!!

Erica, unfortunately, these people are not "attornies" or "debt collectors". They are criminals, plain and simple. They threatened your daughter because they know, that as a mom, you would do anything and everything to keep your daughter from harm. They're hoping that you will just pay them, hoping that they'll stop talking to your child that way. They are the scummiest, most disgusting "people" on this Earth. I've read many posts on this subject on this site and have heard some pretty low remarks to people. One woman had stated her son had just committed suicide and they had the audacity to say maybe if she had paid her bills; he'd still be alive. Another woman said that they threatened her husband's military career, saying he'd be dishonorably discharged if she didn't pay. I've been chatting with another woman who is very "spiritual" and they questioned her faith and said they would serve her during church. Basically, they will say anything to hurt you. Fortunately, they can't do anything to you. If you do indeed owe a debt, they are not the people you should pay. They are fakes and have probably stolen your info from a website. They are not a "crime bureau" simply because it is not a crime to owe a debt, it is at best a civil matter. They're hoping you don't know this. May I suggest that you go to the following website and check out your rights as an American citizen regarding debt? And, if they call again, just read off the list on the website's homepage. Be aware though, they don't like being called out as a scam, so they may start cussing you out and throwing ridiculous threats at you. just had a call from this #..the came from allen,tx..i let it go to voice mail..a man with a heavy indian accent..saying he was from the uscb its a scam....

Please call the FTC, BBB, police etc.  and file a complaint that this woman was harrassing your daughter.

I am sure it was this woman(the so called attorney Jessica Williams) that was harrassing your daughter.   She is very rude and not professional at all (for an attorney).   If you call this # and block your # most of the time she will not answer.  Now lets see -what type of legitimate legal firm would not answer phone calls, and harrass a child?   SCAM!!!!!!

I also received a phone call from this number. My daughter answered the phone and told the person on the other line that I was not home. My daughter told me that she called me back, and actually accused my daughter of being me, and said she was a liar. She kept calling back telling my daughter that she was an attorney, and was filing some claim against me, so I needed to get a lawyer. What kind of person would threaten a young girl's mother over the phone and scare her for no good reason. A piece of work this place is. I think they should be arrested. This is such a joke that it is a crime bureau. I am sure that some people fall for it, and I feel bad for them.

Oh yes- what a reputable and legitimate place of business this # is associated with.   You call from a private #- the phone rings and then they hang up on you.  They do not even answer-just click and they are gone.   SCAM written all over it!!!!!

I had received voice message from this #.   Called back and jessica williams( attorney-indian accent) answered.   Started with reading affidavit filed against me (told me i could not interrupt her so she could concentrate).   When she finished I told her I researched this # and it is associated with a scam operation.  Many postings with complaints against this #.   I told her I found this unsettling-why is her # associated with all these complaints.   She told me that is for her firm to be concerned about not me.     She was raising her voice and would not let me speak. She hung up on me.   I called her back and she said why do you keep bothering me-why don't you go to work-I have many cases to work on!    I said if you were a professional business woman you would not raise your voice, you would let me speak and not interrupt me and you would not hang up on me.   Has anyone else had any conversations with jessica williams?

I recieveed a call from some hooker talking about the fact i had taken out a payday loan from some
usa credit, not so!!!!The nest Indian hooker is nothing mor than a scam.  When I turned the table on her company and started frenquently calling them, this indian hooker, called back trying to leave a scambled message / call.  This hooker just called back with the following  #304.821.3024

The just called me also some so called attorney who was RUDE by the name of Jessica Williams informed me it was about a payday loan from last year....But I did not get a payday Loan !!!!!

i received a phone call today and i remember getting one a couple months ago where they said i owed 700+ dollars and if i didn't pay that they were going to serve me with papers. i paid the 700 to get them to leave me along and now they are calling again. what can i do to stop them calling me at work?

Officer Robinson from the US Crime Bureau.  After 6 months of piece and quiet here come the phone calls again.  Heavy Indian accent.  Claiming I am being recorded on a Federally recorded line.  Called my work and was very rude to a co-worker because I was not in the office.  When I called back, I got a woman on the phone that simply answered the phone "hello"  Not- Law Office, Not US Crime Bureau.  Do they think we are stupid.  There is a lawsuit being download on your name and SSN and we need your attorney's name and phone number.  If you do not have an attorney, then we will appoint you one.  Won't tell you the name of who is suing you, or any details.  Only wants to talk to an attorney, or they will see you in court.  I asked them if they were familiar with the Fair Debt Collections Act?  They said "Yes".  I said good then you won't be calling my work anymore.  She also advised me that my employer and supervisor would be served papers as well, so that they would know what kind of person they had working for them.  Come on people.  Please.  So then I told the lady that if she was an attorney, I felt sorry for their clients, oh wait, ur with the US Crime Bureau, which one is it?  She hung up.  I called back it, no answer, all I got was " The wireless customer you are calling is not available at this time".  IDIOTS!!! How can they get away with this?
