I received a message from a woman named Evelyn asking for me to call back, but she stated my first name with two different last names and stated that she would like to speak to me or my attorney.  She didnt say her last name and did not say what she was calling about.  She also said the call was being recorded on a federal line.  I called her back and she asked if I was ever Mrs. Cantu.  I said no and then she said she had the wrong number and hung up.  I dont know what she wanted or why she was asking for me with two different names.

he has never lived here since I had this phone number. he has had
his own so I want this caller to not keep calling my phone.  when they
called today I let it go to voicemail since I didn't know who it was.
I will continue letting go to voicemail until we get it to quit calling.

have had threatening calls from this number on the order on 5 or 6 times about a collection that is associated with my name but has nothing to do with anyone I know. I called back several times (they said they'd block me) to alert them that further calls would be monitored and reported to the Ohio Attornery Generals office. I don't know if they are for real or not.  Until then, THEY ARE CONSIDERED A SCAM. I'll let the State of Ohio take care of it. Do some research on this outfit. Check the Better Business Bureau has several reports concerning their practices. If  hear from again, I think a phone harassment lawsuit is in order .

i got a call today from this number askkng for matilde ive gotten numerous calls from the same company a man and womwn whos names were stated were very rude and i got hung up on i tried calling back and gotten hung up on again and when they finalle answered i was yelled at very rudely and hung up on again i would like to know who these persons were snd i hope they get fired very unprofessional

Evelyn has called my number several times, stating she is calling on a federal line and asks for my date of birth or social security number.  When I refuse, she starts screaming saying that she will get my phone number disconnected because I have lied to someone one a federal phone line.  What a joke she is....an obvious scammer and a weak attempt at identity theft.

People like Evenlyn are totally digusting.

Evelyn is a complete bi***. Continually called my elderly parents on a matter that did not concern them. Evelyn hung up on me several times when I attempted to find out the nature of the issue.

I got threatened today by a manager from CRS @ 469-453-8467.My repo was in February 2008.I found out through a paralegal that in Texas the debt is stale after 4 years.I am so happy because this company threatened to ruin my life with liens,law suits,taking possession of my property,etc.They had no heart for the illness I have had for 5 years,nor that the original loan company wouldn't work with me when I tried to offer some kind of payments.I need their address to file a complaint in Texas;already did so with the FTC.

Evelyn Hill calls my mother in law telling her she's with Dynamic Recovery Service.  When I call Dynamic Recovery Service to talk to Evelyn, I ask her why she's calling my mother in law and she tells me its a legal matter. When I try to tell her that she is calling my mother in law trying to get in touch with me, she tells me she is going to hang up and tells me to call back.

I call back and leave a message letting her know that if her call concerns some kind of debt I may owe, she needs to talk to me and stop calling my mother in law.

The manager/supervisor calls me and tells me that I owe for a debt that was paid off over 6 years ago!  

These people are extremely rude and very unprofessional.  There are laws that protect consumers and I am concerned that these folks do not abide by the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act.

Left a threatening, vague message to a call back.
