I think its a scam,it always busy or hangs up

I just got a new phone with a new number  2 weeks ago and this
number keeps calling me, funny thing is its a pre paid phone with no link to me.

Simply...CSC Logic of Dallas TX...They handle billing for hundreds of big companies including banks, loans. Big website    CSC.com...

this number has called me minimum 10 times at work and on my cell.  I answered to inform them its harassment.  what it is , is if you have ever filled out a form online for a personal loan or payday loan there is a company out there or individuals whichever, that spam numbers once they pull your information from the web. they call and threaten you that you will be arrested at your home and drug out by handcuffs if you do not make restitution on an outstanding debt, then they want to verify and ask for all your banking info and id info.  DO NOT DO IT~!!!!  they will bleed your bank account it happened to my mother as well.  
Once this number is reported.. and you can through the attorney general, you will see you'll get from yet another number.  I work in telecom and scammers like this have equipment in place to spoof numbers of companies and agencies.  if you call the real company that shows up on the caller ID and not the number you'll see that number doesnt exist with said company.  beware these are offshore teams doing this.
