It is more than 2 years since anyone posted on this number. However, they called me today. Have no idea what the scam is since I didn't pick up and they (of course) didn't leave a message. No doubt they are trolling for people who will give them CC numbers, which they will (1) use to charge a big fee for basically doing nothing with your loans/CC interest, and (2) then sell the number to people who will use your card to make fraudulent transactions.
Don't talk to these cretin criminals, hang up, block the number (and forget that useless Do Not Call list).

Well they are still at it .... but surely that stimulus money has run out by now. If not, maybe get your gov't to use it to pay down the debt so that your credit rating is not deep sixed.

lonny that DNC is a joke...that wont even stop them from calling you. ive been on it for over 2 yrs and kept putting my numbers on it, but i am still getting calls from them. whether its new or old number, it doesnt even seems to matter.

Yeah, ME TOO!
They called with a pre-recorded message, and then I pressed "1" to speak with an operator. I politely asked them to remove me from their calling list and they hung up on me.
THIS HAPPENED TWICE!
The first time it happened was 45 minutes before the latter call took place.
The first number that called me was 978-570-2211.
When you call this number back, you get another pre-recorded message saying that the mailbox is full and to wait to speak to someone, but no one ever picks up the phone!
Ugh. This is just a reminder that I have to register my new phone number with the national do not call list ASAP!

Got a call from this number last night at 10:45 PM!!!! They also claim to be a loan modification company called Service Announcement. First of all my number is unlisted and ?I live in an apartment. I am so tired of these calls I get at least 3 a day from various companies. Where do I report them too......

Claims to be helping you get your loan modified with money from the Obama stimulus money. I'm assuming fraudulent. I pressed one and told the guy to go F himself I'm on the do not call list. He called me an Effing redneck.
