These guys are pretty sh... took the call and asked to be connected to compliance. Call terminated immediately. Called back and it goes in loop without anyone answering. After 2 minutes call is terminated.
Claimed to be "The Insurance Center"
Called my cell. It is annoying at least.

Answered the call, played along and pressed "1", waited for an "agent". When I asked what companies they underwrite for or products they carried, the girl said "...umm insurance center?" and hung up immediately.
Filling this out now. Bookmark it and use it, may be the only real way to battle these criminals:

Telemarketing agent (Monica) said that the company is "Insurance Center."
When I asked if she worked for the company, she hung up the call without answering the question.
