Got a call from "Casey Gray" again, this time representing "Financial Claim Department". Asking for my Attorney's Badge number. I gave them my attorney's name and badge number. She was dumb founded. She seemed upset that I was so "well prepared" to counter her fraud attempt. I told her to contact my attorney with her "fake claim" and she just hung up on me. I hate these worthless Indians who do nothing but to try to scam you. Please, don't fall vicitm to them no matter how much they threaten you.

same here. got a call today from some woman named casey with a heavy accent that you can't even understand what she is saying. this has been going on with me for almost a year. same scam different names given. i get really ugly with them most of the time. don't fall for this i reported them but they change there number so much and use disposable cell phones so it is hard to track them

How can they get away with this It is rediculous
I talked to them last year and the same but nothing happened I called my bank and they said it was a scam and they could not get any thing from me

'Anonymous' how do they get away with so many phone numbers and harrassing all of us? someone has to shut them down. with all of our complaints out here on the website for all the fake numbers they use such as 443 333 1201,909 581 8828,567 244 6051 etc. just does not make any sense.

Got a call today from a lady named "Casey Gray" with a heavy Indian Accent, at my work.  She told me I owed on a pay day loan from 1.5 years ago from ArrowHead investments.  She  said I had an affidavit from finacial Crime Department from a Law Firm in Texas that would be executed from today.   (Bogus, they say that all the time and nothing happens).  I told her I had never heard of Arrowhead payday Loans nor had I ever taken out a Payday Loan from them.  These people are total Crooks and need to stop harrassing people and should b thrown in jail for trying to scam good honest people out of their Money.   They have called me at least 4 times in the past and if I had all the time in the world I would report them to every do not call listing I know and everyone I know.   Please go look for a REAL job and leave everyone alone.

From some bu***hit agency about some bu***hit lawsuit or case. And if I don't call back, something really bad is going to happen. Yeah, right. I can totally tell she's reading off some cue card because I swear, I heard her pause because she dropped her cue card. Please, please don't give out any information about yourself and fall victim to these spineless, worthless, scumbags...

I several calls from the 465-656-5990 number - when I asked them to give me their address so that my lawyer could connect them - they were willing to do that - they were trying hard to get information from me - but I would not give them anything - they hung on me --- I don't understand what planet do these people think that we are from - with all the news and the media about these types of companies who try to hard to get information out of you --- they are the DUMBEES!!!!!!!

I received a call from them today as well telling me that I need to call them or my attorney needs to call them. The lady who left me a voice mail message name was Alicia she was rude as hell. The calls are coming in from Allen, TX.

She said if I dont receive a call from either one of you I wish you a good life, well wtf is that suppose to mean. These people need to be stopped and be charged. Im sick of american based companies factroing their work to middle eastern people

I also have been receiving calls from this number.  When I looked at my caller ID for one of these calls, it was coming from Mexico.  I have been working on paying my unresolved debt.  I do not have to much out there now.  I ask this, the people that siad they were getting calls, did you use a Internet Cash Advance place at all?  I would like to go directly to the company instead of talking to these guys.

This is a collection agency. I work at a huge call center and they call all the time. It is like a game to us know when they try to reach one of our employees.

Received a call at my home 6:45am Pacific Time.  Received a call and voicemail message on my mobile phone 6:48am Pacific time.  Identified himself as Chris Howard, State Fianancial Plan as division of (inaudible). Person had a thick, Nigerian-type accent. Looking for another person who gave my cell phone number as a reference. Stated in the voicemail message that he is conducting a federal investigation for this person with legal action and arrest pending. When you call the number back you cannot leave a message in a filled message box.  

I know these are bottom feeder debt collection agencies. Does anyone know a name that I can identify and file charges for harragement and fairlure to abide by Calfiornia Collection laws?

just got a call from this number and they said i have a federal case against me for fraud on a payday loan arrowhead interprizes. yeah ok. another fraud and i blasted them and told them i know they are a fraud and never to call me again.

I also received a call at my job from this number. I blocked my number and called back. Went straight to a voice mail with no massage. They also called my mother. When the clerk at work told me, I thought it sounded to real to be true. We know as police, If this was true, they would inform our jobs about it.

Got a call from a man  tonight and he said his name was officer Mark white and he said he had my social security number and that if I didn't call him back 2night then I will be arrested.He said he was a federal crime investigator.I couldn't understand more because he had a very strong foriegn accent.

I got a call from those folks, the guy said his name was officer mark white. When I tried to call back, none of the numbers worked. Little did they know I am a law enforcement officer, I wanted to know the warrant number, the case number as well as the jurisdiction that will be serving the warrant. The guy couldn't even act, it was obvious he was reading a script. Ask for those things I mentioned about, then advise them that u are contacting the REAL police and file a complaint with the local and federal authorities for impersonating a police officer

I rec'd a call from this number and when I called it back, a guy answered, said his name was Joe Brown, told me it was  State Financial Investigation.  He then proceded to ask me some VERY VULGAR questions over and over again. I file a complaint with the FTC and am getting ready to file with the FCC.

Got a call from  state finacncial investigation.  I called them back what was wierd was they left my social security number on a voicemail.  I called them back and the said the would take me to court.  I did have payday loans that i am working on now.  This is wierd what should i do?

got a call yesterday same mo. They said they were with the State Financial Investigation /unit and that I owed $9,000 did I want to go to court or settle.  I was so scared I didnt want to go to jail for a miskate. Closed my credit card and reported FRAUD to Credit bureau.  Need to report ot police tonight.

They first said they where state financial investigation, and the next time they said they were us crime and financial investigation.  They Called me five times today really scared me because they knew EVERY single one of my account numbers, dob, ssn, and my mother's phone number and address. I called social security, federal trade commission, experian, filed a police report, and called the identify theft. I don't know what else to do...

Got a call on my cell phone today that came across as unknown.  He gave me his name as Michael Turner and a call back number of 469-656-5990.  Knew that wasn't his real name as he barely spoke english.  Couldn't understand where he said he was from but told me there was a federal lawsuit against me and it was a federally monitored line so please don't abuse him!!  Told me I had violated federal law, had used the internet to collect and attempt check fraud, and debt by deception.  Said it stemmed from an unpaid payday loan and the company had turned it over to them.  I did have a payday loan but it was paid off according to terms.  Called payday loan company and verified all was good and they said that they had received other calls to this such and they don't handle things that way, it was a scam, and to call my police.  Sorry to be long but wanted to give all details to help out others.

Same stuff as above.  Be aware of their capabilities to destroy your life if they have your information.

I recieved a call from this number today. My account is closed thank GOD.They had to have hacked into a payday loan companys files and got my info..ALSO. I asked them for the companies name in which I owe they couldnt give it to me, not even the date. He told me I will be arrested too...blah blah. I told them stop harassing me before I have yall a** arrested for harassment and Fraud. They kept pretending to switch me to other areas because I was giving them the run around. So he goes are you willing to pay I said yeah what you need me to do. He gives me a list of things including I will not dispute this payment. He asked for Debt card info....etc. Yeah right......I am not a sucker and dont plan on being one. THIS IS A SCAM and one of the guys mention it. He stated if you dont pay the 1148.00 that you owe then you will be SCAMMED into paying 9000.00. I laughed, hung up and said TRY AGAIN!!!! There names are Frank Jackson and John Garcia which are not names because when I called back after several clicks he said WHO?!!! Dumb a** wanta be scammers. Sorry but this PISSES ME OFF!
