As in the previous post the routine is about the same.  A friend of mine used my name as a reference when he applied for a loan.  My friend has had some significant financial issues, is in default on some or most of his debt and is therefore screening his calls.  I have been getting calls from an individual who claims he is from the US Attorney?s Office.  He calls himself Kevin Clark but has a very strong mid-east accent, possibly Indian.  He calls and asks me to pass along a message to my friend.    When I asked him which US Attorney?s Office he was in, he changed the subject and never provided the office information.  I have told him several times to quit calling me but he continues to call.
When I conducted a quick reverse lookup on the phone number (469-725-0019) he provided, I found the number is in either Red Oak or Ellis Texas and the company is Tex-Link Inc.  Whoever that is?.

P.S.  I had saved an old message from him on my phone and he stated he was from the U.S. Attorney's office.

Caller said his name was Officer Clark and the call was regarding a legal case matter.  When I proceeded to ask him who he was and what company he worked for, he hung up on me.  He originally said that we owed money to someone and wanted all of my information.  Luckily, I didn't give him any information.
