This company called me numerous times as well as family members threatening me with two felony fraud warrants were going to be issued for me.  They then stated they would be able to stop the warrants if I would pay $100 that day and then a remaining $345 in a couple of weeks.  That was just their fee for stopping the so-called warrants.  I sent the money via MoneyGram Express by the time she told me to, and then I learned they cannot do this.  Who do I contact about this?  This is unfair.  I am not even working right now and they basically took food out of my children's mouths...and caused me to push back a bill payment that I now have to worry about as well.  Her name was Miss Lakes with Payment Management Solutions.

So are they all named eric michaels or is it just 2 guys? Or is it one guy swapping lines and changing his voice? Also why cant i find any info on this?

Also got a call threarening 2 felonies, talk so fast u cant ask any questions. Reported to local police who are looking into it!

Here is the rest of the post sorry. This is a scam I told the guy on the phone I knew it was a scam and that I was contacting the attorney general for my state to report this and he hung the phone up on me. I turned around and called him back and he told me to stop calling or he was gonna get harassment  charges on me. How ironic.

Harassing calls threatening to have the police at my home within an hour.  Won't actually tell me why they are calling and hang up on me when I call back to ask for an explanation.  They are breaking the law, I have no doubt.

This number is from a sham company called Legal Research.  I am a former "collector" employee.  We were taught to tell people they had serious charges against them and they would be arrested if they did not send money in for "old consumer debts".  I was appalled at the tactics we were told to use and felt horrible every time.  I encountered people who really believed it and were very distraught that they didn't have the money asked for.  My conscience got the best of me. I need a job but not this badly.  Please, if you get calls from this number, report them to the FBI or FCC.  I did my part but I didn't walk away with alot of proof of the practices.
