I received a voicemail from this number saying that they were going to take me to court for a loan that was taken out in my name. They even had the last 4 of my ssn and asked me to call back but I dont trust it

Just received that same call and we don't have any payday loans either.  They even had our old bank account information.

calls claims to want to report me for writing bad checks, funny thing is that i dont write checks at all, i pay cash for all of my transactions.  Anyone know about this let me know. thx
