I have been receiving these and they are calling my family in and out of the state I'm in. This will not rest with me. After doing some light research I have only been able to find out that calls are being routed via one OCN 1769 on a switch that is located in Villa Rica, Ga. There are several different companies with is one OCN?????!!! Just to name a few:
?CBEYOND COMMUNICATIONS, LLC - GA
?BROADWING COMMUNICAITONS, LLC - GA
?CHARTER FIBERLINK - GEORGIA, LLC - GA
?BANDWIDTH.COM CLEC, LLC - GA
Can anyone please help and provide additional information!!!!

Ms Harvey called as well spinning the same conversation as the previous post. Straight harrassment. This is all day long.

I received mutltiple calls from 470-253-9297 claiming to have a lawsuit to be filed in the L.A. Superior Court again me claiming check fraud. The lady's name was Miss Harvey and she claimed to be calling from the offices of Fitgerald, (2nd name) & Associates. She used my SS# in the case # so I know it is fraudulant because case numbers do not contain the SS# of any party involved.
