calls my phone 2-4 times a week for the past 6 weeks...never leaves a message and hangs up when I answer

They call my cell number and leave no message. I'd like to bill them for the minutes.

this call freaked me out. i got a crazy ex who hangs out in that area code. i hope they really were just trying to sell windows.

i called this number back and it said it was not in service so whatever i dont care then. back it called me and i did not answer.
