Heavy accent and a very bad connection. Left me a message. He said he is calling from Marshall in the next town from where I live . And has an arrest warrant under my SS #. Left his phone number (206-436-4821) and said he can't help us if we don't get in touch with him right away. I believe ( don't have caller ID ) he's been calling my number at least once a day for a week, with no message.  I'll contact that city's police department and attorney general office in the morning to report this scammers .

We just got scammed by mr Marshall& his Indian buddy with a threat to pay or get arrested by sheriff

this number left a message that a arrest warrant was issued for me and i need to call back immediate or they could not help me with the police.  He said his name was shaun marshall and had an Indian accent.  

I got a call yesterday from this #. They said they are calling from IRS left a message that my address is under federal investigation. I called back but nobody answered. This is a scam

I received a call from this number today - caller left voicemail at 4:30pm.  Male caller with a very heavy accent (sounds Indian or similar) identified himself in a message as "Jackie Parker from IRS, the Internal Revenue Service" - very difficult to understand due to background noise.  The caller said that he was calling about "an allegation that was charged on you," and requested a call back to this number.  Caller ID shows that the call came from 206-414-4646.  I reported this to the actual IRS at http://www.treasury.gov/tigta/contact_report_scam.shtml and will also call the report in during business hours.  

I phoned this number and found an outgoing voicemail message left by a man with a similar but less strong accent: "Thank you for calling Internal Revenue Service Department... currently we're busy with other clients...".  Definitely a scam.

Apparently this is still going on. I just got a voice mail from these guys. Heavy accent, very difficult to understand, mumbling something about me owing money to (undecipherable). They left a callback number of 206-436-4821. When you call that number, you will reach their "Internal Revenue Service Department". Ten minutes after I called them from a number different than the one where I got the VM, they called me back.
Scam !!!

Multiple phone calls

The same "IRS" guy. He has left the same message asking to call back 206-436-4821. The phone # he was calling from is 206-414-4646.

Got the same guy, he called me and left a message.  Its a scam that has been going around don't listen to that iben alsharmouta.

I called the number there is a funny voice mail asking to leave a message. These people are funny.... who do they think they are.

I also received a call from Shawn Tyler, with a very tight indian accent. He told me he was an IRS agent.  I asked him to give me a number so I can call him back. He gave me 206-436-4821. The line was really bad and he told me he was in Washington DC.

Heavy Indian accent, called several times and left voicemails.

indian, Pakistani, or Bengali with a David Martin name and called again with a Sean Marshall.
As one should also ask for Badge number and they gave me DRV43210
I did report them to the IRS fraud hotline and i strongly recommend it that you do as well
dial  Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration at 1.800.366.4484.
Make sure you don;t give Social number or your address or any personal information

Same thing here, man with an accent said I owed money, its just a scam nothing to worry about

I received a voice message from this phone number. The male caller has a heavy South Asian accent. He claims that there is a legal investigation against me and asks me to call back.

I have also been receiving phone calls from that number all day today but I didn't pick up. They left voicemail's everytime they called saying similar things as everyone else. I believe its a scam.

There is a fairly common IRS or "tax scam" being practiced by scammers in both Canada and the USA.

Got a call said was from IRS and that i owed money. That i didn't declare that i was sending money abroad through Money Gram/ Western Union. Said i was up for arrest & that if i did not settle it out of court, police officers are gona be at my door within 30 minutes to arrest me. The people on phone were of Indian origin, i could tell from the accent.
I was suspicious that the first guy who called & said was Matthew was Indian & when he transferred me to his supervisor claiming to be a Federal agent too was Indian claiming to be a one Marshal.
So i stuck to my guns, told him i did not owe any money to the IRS & that will talk to my Lawyer. He threatened that once we hung up the call the out of court offer is off the desk & that i should wait for police to come pick me up. I hung up

I have many missed calls from that number but they never left a message

He said his name is Alex Marshal and he is from IRS. He said I have to call back to finish the process of my case and  If I did not return his call, officers will be at my place
