I am on the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY and I a receiving calls daily from this number.

I answered the phone and it was a Mexican at first then she sent me to her supervisor.  He asked me about my Chevy truck and wanted to know about extending the coverage.  I told him I was not interested in it.  He then said so you would rather pay out of pocket for these cost.  I said yes, he then said that is the most ridiculous thing he has ever heard.  He then told me that there are only two reasons that people don't get this coverage and it is either they cant afford it or they think their car wont break down.  I told him no there is a third reason and it is call I don't like to be pestered with calls.  He then hung up on me.  If this is not GM then they really need to get it taken care of, because I did not like it one bit.

Answered call at 11:25 AM on 4/16/2014.  A man with heavy accent (possibly Indian or Pakistani) said he was from Vehicle _____ Department and wanted to know how many miles I had on my car (he new the make and model).  He repeated this three times when I asked on whose behalf he was calling.  When I said, "Vehicle fraud department"?, he hung up.

same scenario as others. I am on Do Not Call list too. Its very annoying.

Sounds like the guy was from Pakistan. Asked for my wife, couldn't pronounce her simple name. When I asked why he wanted to talk to her, he said "hello?" and disconnected.

Keeps calling, when I answer there usually isn't anyone there. Very annoying!

I got a call from this number this afternoon around 3:30. They hung up before voice mail picked up, so I called back, thinking it was someone here in town (I live in the same area), but I received the same recording others are reporting (our hours are 7:00 - 4:30 Pacific time). So, it sounds like a scam.

I recieved this call as well.  I live an hour from the number location.  I have had a vehicle (hummer) services there once long ago.  I suspect someone has hacked or stolen physical data from a car dealer there and is now phishing for info.  Anyone else done business with a major dealership there?

I have received two calls from this number but when I answer there is silence until the call is disconnected. I have heard about scams that end up costing you money on your bill when you call back..therefore I have not tried to find out who the call is from other than looking it up online. The number shows that it is from Springdale, AR. I have since assigned it a "contact name" of DO NOT ANSWER so that the next time it rings I will ignore it!

I answered the call and he told me he was from Vehicle processing department and proceeded to ask me about my honda that I sold years ago... Told him I don't have the car anymore and he then wanted to know what I have now ... I said No thanks to what ever u are selling and he hung up

Called about extending the warranty on some cars when you question him, they will hang up.

Have been receiving phone calls for a very long time during my work day. When I called the number back it tells me to call Monday through Friday 7 AM to 4:30 PM Pacific standard time. Yet I call that number all the time when I get off of work and I get that same message to call during those hours with no one ever answering the phone. It is now Saturday and I received a phone call from this number showing that it is from Springdale Arkansas.  I live in Oklahoma. This is my cell phone number; however, he asked for my husband. When I told him that my husband is at work he said that  in that case he would have to call back and hung up the phone abruptly. The gentleman was Hispanic and he had a very heavy Hispanic accent; speaking very slowly as to if he could not speak English very well. When I answered the phone it had a quick pause as it does from telemarketers when they call. It did have the fake sounding people talking in the background but this phone call sounded really different than any of those calls I've ever heard. It was very ,very strange

keeps calling and is not on the line when i answer or someone with a mexican(heavy) accent trys to talk. i have asked them to quite calling each time.

This number has called me 3 times this week. Does not answer when I call back. I am also on Do Not Call List.

Caller said he was calling about extending the warranty on my car and asked how many miles I had on my car.  I told him I wasn't interested and hung up.  I will be reporting this number as my phone is on the Do Not Call list.

have received this call multiple times. same message as reported, offices closed, office hours 0730 blah blah pacific time.

but, you get that message any day, during their supposed open hours. even if you call a minute after receiving the call.

why would a noerthwest arkansas phone number be tied to a business with california time zone?

some kind of scam i am sure.

Keeps calling me!!! I have received calls from this number for the past three weeks. When I call back it says the office is closed.

ATTN: I have filed a complained with the Federal Communications Commission online against this number. You should do the same!!!!  It is a quick form to complete on their website.

Received two phone calls from this number.   I answered the second time and no one was on the line.
I called the number and received a message that said the office was closed and their times were 7 - 4:30 Pacific. The time of my call to this number was at 9:16 CST.
