It IS your fault for harassing people who really can't pay. I made an offer and it wasn't good enough, even though my husband has been out of work since December and I work part time and we have 3 kids. So you call my work, my friends, my house at all hours of the day/night. Trust me, I'd love to give you the money and tell you where to go, but you can't get blood from a stone. And I'm sure as hell going to make sure my kids eat before you get a single penny from me.

They can add whatever fees that are legal in their state, but what they typically do is give you a bloated figure and then offer to "settle" so you feel so much better that you saved all that money! Look up in your state what interest is legal, anything over that amount is not legally enforceable. It sounds like 70 cents per day is not legal. It is scare tactics, and if it is over 20 years it is beyond statute of limitations and they can't hit your credit, garnish anything or give you a "negative recommendation" (whatever the hell that is) They buy these debts for pennies, without much proof. I wouldn't worry about it.

Called my retired parents, asked if I owned a business which I do. Said they were calling regarding a loan for it and needed to speak with me. My mother got suspicious since I am in the process of selling it. Asked the guys name he said it was Rich Washburn & it was very urgent I call back regarding the loan to finish getting it processed. I have never heard of this company nor have I ever applied for a loan through their Credit Union?

We all know that your company buy loans for pennies and try to collect gold. We are hip to that game. You my talk all day and think you know what a human suppose to be but it's okay one day you will see it just amazedatstupidity.

This is the number that Pioneer Collection Agency gives you as a call back number. They are also using the number 585-237-7099. They will say anything and threaten you to get you to pay bills even if you have no job or in the hospital with no money, etc. NOT nice people at all.
