We received a from this number today on our cell phone. Tried calling back and it gets disconnected.  Anyone recently have a locksmith come to their house?  That's the only thing I can think of.

I just contacted my State Farm agent and they said that this is a robocall service of State Farm. The service is to check to make sure their clients are receiving the best possible care. This is a contradiction because calling clients through a machine is harassment especially when they don't have the common courtesy to properly identify themselves or leave a message. This is something I would expect out of a sleazy debt collection agency and not through a professional insurance provider. I was told that they will put my name on the 'do not call' list. Only time will tell if they actually follow through.
