I have gotten similar calls from these guys. My calls have been from "Lucas". When told you're not interested he harasses you and pushes - very aggressive. There is a lot to "I have to make this appointment". I tell him I'm njot interested and he said that doesn't apply because he's not selling anything. He won't take not for an answer. If you hang up they call back. I have gotten literally dozens of calls. I have asked them not to call again but they continue to call. I have asked for a supervisor and he told me he was the floor supervisor. This time I spent the time to argue with this guy for about 20 minutes before he insulted me and hung up. I called him back and he told me he was done with me and was "closing the review" and hung up on me again. I called back and he didn't answer. This is clearly not a legitimate business. I hope the closing of the review means he won't call again. The next time I'm calling the police or whatever else I can do to stop these people from harassing me!

Total Scam!! As said before, they try to tell you that your entitled to an upgrade. Pushy, persistant, call every day. So I lead them to believe that I'm going thru with their offer for as long as I have time to waste, then ask them if they enjoyed their time being wasted. Get a real job boys.

Complete SCAM! Called me..as do 10-20 "merchant services" providers every week..claimed to be offering an upgrade to my existing account, I said no thanks, they hung up, and called back less than 30 secs later! I said I just talked to you, and now the supervisor said "We really need to set this appointment it has to do with your existing account" (I use another bank so it made no sense)
I asked for another supervisor, they literally handed the phone to the next scammer in line, I threatened him with all sorts of stuff, he was abusive, berating, argumentative, insisted they were intrust bank, (I called intrust later, and they do not do any merchant services sales calls!)

SCAM they lie and tell  you that you have earned 30% off and then call over nad over again. You can hear the other telemarketers in the background yelling and clapping as they schedule an appointment. Then as they pass you off to a supervisor, they tell you (do not ask) that you must have your merchant account statement in your office or they will not come out for the appointment!
