Number keeps calling my cell phone.  I call back, no answer.  It's becomming very annoying.

I had these people call me on my cell phone 4 times.I talk to them on the first call. they told me that they were a company that would setup 3 websites for you, like ebay,google, and some other carnival cruise website. you pay them 195.00 from your credit card.after your payment to them, then you are supposed to be getting a check in the mail on the 1st and 15th of each month.I almost paid them then i said no.I told them that let them take the money i would be making from the websites to pay for this. they would not do it.sounds like a scam to me.
