These calls are all from the same people. There have been thousands of complaints and reports to the "Do Not Call Registry" and the "FCC" who stated they have received over 1.5 million! They do nothing. The FCC states that after enough complaints are received they would investigate then send a "cease and desist" letter. He did not say how many complaints it took to do that. The agent stated that retaining a lawyer would be the best course of action. Clearly, the DNCR and FCC have no intention of doing anything other than accepting complaints. Unless of course,litigation is pursued  I'm sure we can all afford that! If this is your home landline number and you subscribe to Cox Cable, you can purchase "Selective Call Rejection" and list all past and future numbers used by this caller. This works well as each call will be sent to a rejection announcement. However, the caller has many numbers that they use (each call shows up as a cellular call on your Cox call records). I receive up to 10 yes 10 calls per day 3 or more days per week. I add each new phone number that they use to the call rejection list. Some home phone systems have a call block feature. So unless you want to hunt these people down and confront them personally, I would try the above suggestions. Once again, the taxes you pay for government services do nothing.

The company that owns this number 480-438-2826 is "ALLIED ENERGY CONCEPTS". I listened to the whole recorded message AND pressed "5" to "OPT OUT" of future calls (as instructed by the message). I did this 4 times !! It didn't work; calls kept coming in from them. When I received the 2nd call from them yesterday Aug. 22,2013, I decided to press "1" for "more information" :) ... hoping to get a real person ... AND I DID!! "Ryan" announced the company name ... and I told him I pressed "5" four different times to OPT OUT & it didn't work, AND I've reported their phone number to the National Do Not Call Registry (which my phone number is on) ... AND I asked Ryan WHAT I had to do "to get you people to stop calling me!" Ryan hung up on me :) ... So, I've concluded, they've pissed me off and now I'm going to return to favor and press "1" EVERY TIME to speak to a real person and I'll annoy them until they stop calling. The GAME is "ON"!!!!!!

We get at least 2 calls a day and  they leave a message if you don't answer.  Then we have the hassle to retreive the message which is always blank.  They are a bigger annoyance than most telemarketers.  We have pressed 5 many times to remove our nuimber from their list but it doesn't stop.

If you have Cox phone, call Tech and have them tell you how to block the number.  I'm sure other phone companies also have ways to block the number.

This number has called several times a day since I got my phone in March 2013. I have reported them to the Do Not Call Registry several times and still they call.

I receive calls from this number 2-3 times a day.  Allied Energy Concepts...I have even changed my number after two years of crap calls like these.  I even have a new unpublished number, and I am still receiving cap calls like this.  How do they have access to unpublished numbers....this is so wrong that we have to be subjected to this kind of harassment on a daily basis.  What is wrong with this picture...Who the hell would even want to do business with a company like this that totally follows such business practices.  So wrong and unacceptable...Cannot understand why this sort of stuff cannot be stopped.  They need to be tracked down, shut down and fined for each and every call they have made from this number.

Same thing here. Sometimes a recorded message which makes no sense - no human come on, no phone number to call. Sometimes not even an recorded message. Just blank air. I called the cops to wonder if it was a program checking when people were home.

Did you know that your kids smart phones have apps to flood the number with hundreds or thousands of empty text messages?

I think we should ALL make an appointment. Then when the guy come tell him to leave.
If they got 1,000s of appointment that were useless maybe they would stop????

They call up to eight times a day, every day.  They left 7 voicemails yesterday.  I have tried to push 5 to be removed.  I have spoken to them.  They will not stop.  I am thinking of giving up my home phone.  What is the freaking do not call list for anyway?  No one uses it.

5 calls from that number in less then one min, and they hung up,right a way they called early in the morning ive tried removing my number, and im on the Do not Call List any way.May be telemarketing alternate energy.

AARRRGHH!!! What is it with these people?!? I've lost track of how many times: 1. I've pressed 5 to be removed from the list. (Now it's press 9 to be removed) 2. I've pressed 1 and spoken to a person who is ALWAYS rude because I wanted to be removed instead of setting up an appointment. If they don't hang up on you right away, they say they will take our number off the list, but they always call again.

Quit calling me each and every day, several times a day. I don't want what you are selling!

This company calls me every morning.  If I answer and just let it lie, it eventually goes away.  No one every answers.

Stop calling my number - set up your voice mail and/or answer so when I call your number back at all hours when you are trying to sleep, you can be just as irritated as I am. And by the way I do not want whatever it is you are selling.
