Same issue here.  It's obvious that is a scam - that is the easy part.  What I will like to know is how they collect information about people's names and addresses.  I guess if you guys will like to have fun with these people, start floating their email.

!!!!!!DONT CALL!!!!!

I can't imagine how many peopel this scam has affected due to the poor economy. How can you file a complaint against them and how in the world did they get my mailing address? Garbage in, Garbage out!!

The old saying "If something sounds too good to be true it probably is." applies here. Here's one occasion where toilet paper got recycled in reverse!
Don't get suckered in by these bottom-feeding carps! (a.k.a. trashfish.)

Want to have some real fun?  Google the name

"John C. Barnes" "CPA" which appears in all the woman's bios.

Note that all her male partners all have the same children, Mandy and Robert.

This should win the dumb criminals award for 2009.

I received the same scam in the mail. By the way "Sam Rockland", when a company lies to you about what they are about and where they are located, it is a scam, even if they are nice on the phone. If they can't be upfront, then they have something to hide. That is not screaming above, that is informing others about their experiences. I have had plenty of false companies try to scam me to try to get personal information and even money. In fact one of them is being sued by an entire state. I am glad I looked into this. Thanks guys. I'm going to file a complaint.

I did a reverse phone number lookup and got the longitude and latitude of the line.  Went to google earth and put the coordinates in.  They live in a cul-da-sac on 14th place off of Glendale.

The satillite view reveals it all.

I got the same letter today.
Noticing that the letter did not have a return address immediately set off a bleep on my scam radar.
I did not call the number and either should anyone else.

Same form letter, same number, same search for website, same results. Glad I found this instead of playing into a scam, "phishing" scheme or worse. (and I really don't need a condo right now)

We received a letter dated Feb 17, 2009 with the two free tickets etc.  The phone number 801-203-4339 is disconnected.  The letter is signed by Sharon Brooks Vice President.  The address is 111 East Broadway SLC UT 84111.  Thank goodness I found out it's a scam!

I got the same letter and I called.  I went to their show room to pick up my tickets and they let me know what they were all about.  I had a great experience with this company and I am planning on using my tickets to go to NY this Summer.

I called on this just for grins. No they did not "try to contact" me previously. The man asked if I were married,(yes) and if my income exceeded $40,000 yearly (yes). He said I could come by to pick up my tickets, and when I asked where, he gave me the address as 9449 N 90th St., Scottsdale, AZ.
This is a deliverable address: http://zip4.usps.com/zip4/zcl_0_results.jsp

He said we needed to make an appointment. At that point I said I'd have to think about it and hung up. I think these people exchange airline tickets if you will go listen to a talk on investing or buying a time share or the like. I don't think it's a scam and I think all  the screaming above is from one person who expected free tickets and did not like the red strings attached.

If you go, just know you are most likely to be put under strong sales pressure if you go to their offices. So beware. Me, I think I will not go. I am thinking all the above screaming about "scam" is from one person who had a bad experience about this. I don't think the AG will move on it.

I received a letter stating I had qualified for 2 roundtrip airline tickets and requested I call 480-518-8145 immediately to claim my winnings. The envelope did not have a return address on it and the letterhead used an address 44 East Monroe Street Phoenix, AZ 85004 which is a non-deliverable/non-existent address according to the US Postal Service. Further there is a website www.hansoncraig.com and under contact us, (more tabs will pop up - DO NOT COMPLETE ANY PERSONAL INFO - then go to the About us tab and the editing for Smith and Jones's profiles are horrible. However, if you go to website www.njhomestyle.com the About Us tab is the same without the editing errors. Clearly the webpage is fake, the address is fake and the phone number wants to connect you to a random person who wants to verify your personal information. The company is not registered in AZ or with the Better Business Bureau. I would stay away from this company. Very possible it is operating under multiple names.
