Just got a call from this number also about a payday from 2009, which that time didn't even have a checking acct and didn't take out a loan. Lady stated they were going to take me to court asked to speak with my supervisor. I let her and she asked my supervisor HOW to take me to court. My supervisor laughed and hung up her. They called back about 8 times but I did not answer my phone. This is just another scam trying to take your money. DON'T FALL FOR IT!!!

Called my work when I was not in. Wanted to talk to my boss and have them garnish my wages. But did not call back and would not submit paper work. She said her name was Denise and was calling regarding all unclosed cases.

claim to be midland marketing n an investigator for a payday loan company. caller didn t know name of payday loan company.
