Annoying calls, and rude as well. The company they told me is HRRG, I believe. I began to explain NOT to call my house, they have a wrong phone #, and the jerk hung up while I was mid-word. Bill collectors I believe.

I've gotten a call twice today in less than 2 hours from this number... I don't understand why they're calling me... I've never even been to a banner hospital!!

The F.D.C.P.A (Fair Debt Collections Practise Act) Regulates Third Party Collection agencies, and there are different laws for different states as far as how calls a day, per week, as well as times and specific days!
First party collections are a little different. They follw all the same regulatons as TP
If they are calling you cell phone and you ask them to stop, by law, they have to stop, or send a cease and desist letter to the Company or Agency trying to collect

They called me - didn't know who they were - they asked for my birth date to verify identity. I told them no I would not give them my birth date and they hung up on me.

I've had 4 calls from these people in 54 days. I'm told they're telemarketers. When they asked for my birth date, INCLUDING the year, I told them I wasn't that stupid and then I said some other nice things... Calmly. Then I had their number blocked from my phone.

Its a medical bill collector from banner, they've called me scince they day I was released!! I answered once and they harassed me to pay and told me to borrow money from my friends or family or they would take me to court over it. I just don't answer anymore and the calls have gotten less frequent.
