calls all hours of the night they are a pain please report them.Thanks

This is a call from a newspaper circulation sales department.  They do work for the Columbus Dispatch as well as other newspapers.

calls at 7-8pm pacific, it's unsolicited phone spam

Call at my cell phone all the time. I am going to sue this people!

received multiple calls on different days and all hours.

CID says "CIR-TECH".
Called at 11:56am on 3/26/08 but no message left;  also had called at 8:15pm on 3/25/08.

caller hangs up constantly calls just called them back asked to be removed from their list

Received a call 7:57 pm.  Did not answer.  No message.  I have received calls from this number before.  I just ignore it and let the answering machine pick up.  Caller ID is great.

A recorded voice says "sorry we missed you", when I clearly answered the phone.  This has happened twice.  They say they're with the Tribune (I can only guess the San Luis Obispo Tribune - where I live) and they have a subscription deal.  The calls are driving me crazy!!
