I met with Chad's partner Ken about two week's ago whe I too got the same message. I have a Landscape biz that I am looking to sell. I have already had two different buyer's express interest in purchasing my buisiness via Chad and Ken. Thank's to them it look's as though I will be retiring shortly.

Seem's as though some of you people who have posted negative thing's on this blog because of a simple phone call should maybe grow up and get a life. Maybe you're doing something illegal and you are the scammer's.

As another posting states, buisinesses go out of buisiness all the time, number's change ect ect. No big deal.

Look's as though old Howard up there on the prior posting is definately breaking the law since he is so paranoid about the goverment finding out some info about himself, and scared of lawncare companies posing as someone else.

And then there's the crackpot Bob up there claiming that there are lizard people taking over the planet, and claims he get's his medication from a secret society so he can have no prior memory of what's going on, You should definately be locked up LOL !!!!!!!!!!!! GET A LIFE

i think this is a scam in that the calls are placed on purpose

to obtain information about you as a individual. be carefull skip tracers

govertment as well as others use this method for malicious reason if you

speak with then dont give then any information-----do as they do and ask them questions-----to gain info on who they are--and  what they are looking for be smart----also they call if you are a home owner as a lawn
care company reguarding your lawn------BE CAREFULL ----THEY ARE TRYING TO GET INFO ON YOU AND I BELIEVE ITS FOR OTHER REASONS--than you may be aware of---------------

Did you ever reach these people and speak with them?  I am simply curious, as I received the same message.  Like to see if we could NAIL these folks.

I received a voicemail from 773-293-6865 at approximately 8:01 P.M. on 9-7-08 asking me to call his partner Chad about selling my business.

then why is the company registared with the bbb and the State. and all brokers are state liecenced.you can check us out legally. How do I know your business is not a scam? Like you I can write anything on the internet and some people believe anything. If you google any one or thing you can find negative. Buy the way this companies owner helped me save my company and not go bankrupt.Now I have options

Chad is one of the lisard people taking over the plant. He is 5000 years old .The secret society wants to stop me by making me take memmory lose pills because i know everything on the internet is true.

Business has been so good I have worked a total of 8 days since the end of June. I guess I am ready to sell for a few million dollars.
