Keep getting calls from this number

I got a call from the this number,  but I do not answer calls from unknown, block or restricted numbers.  Didny leave voice mail. Who ever called can go screw themself and stop bothering people.

August 30, 2012, 5:12pm, Sedona, Arizona. Received a call from 480-951-3740, phone made a weird clicking sound when I answered like it was taking a voice print and then disconnected. The caller ID said, "Innov Query Sct."  I called back and the line was busy.  

The question is why are we all getting these calls?  No one calls randomly for no purpose, it takes time and money therefore it must serve a need or purpose to someone.

Called my wife's cell on 6-7-08.  Left no message.

Called my phone tonight; said "Innov Query" on the caller ID. I did not answer.

the first call came in yesterday, my daughter answered, someone asked for my wife by name (first and last) When my wife answered, no one said anything.
They called back a number of times, each time my wife would answer, no one said anything from the other end.
I answered one last night, same thing no reply from the caller. I used the number from caller id to return the call, and the line was busy. I called this morning, and the phone rang without being answered.

i've been getting calls from this number for several times a day for the last 4 days.
i answer, no one is there.  i've called back over and over again to find out what the F...
after calling the number back the 20th time the other end was picked up & then they hung up without saying a word.
 i still don't know WHO it is & WHAT THE FRICK & FRACK they want.
 my advice if they call & you have caller id don't answer it.

Multiple calls over the past 3 days from this number.  I tried to call back the number, and a recording stated, "The voice mail system requires that you re-dial the number you are trying to reach."  Sounds like a scam to me.

Some one said that they were from AutoZone with a six question survey.

AutoZone should be boycotted. This is telephone spam.
