I do not work for the company you guys are discussing, but I have been in the business for 3 years, and am starting to build a good reputation in Texas.

I will be short, and to the point.

In terms of the Federal, state, and local utility rebates, they are 100% legitimate. You simply need to do a Google search on form 5695, and you will find all the info you need to know.

As far as the methods this company is employing to obtain leads, I just received a call from them at my place of business and I found that the premise was mis-leading at the least, and definitely manipulative.  

The company is definately legitimate in that they are offering rebates, tax credits, incentives, etc to install energy efficiency upgrades on your home that will reduce your bills.

However, a company that uses these methods to obtain leads would probably not shy away from a hard sell in your home, employ questionable contractors to do the work, or promise you unreasonable results just to get the sale. This, of course, is speculation.

On the other hand, if you were to get a call from a company, like my own, for example, you would be able to find us on the net, call our office, and call our happy customers, and make an informed decision.

I'm just saying...

Put them out of business?  Hell, I'd like to line all telemarketers up against a wall and mow them down with a gatling gun.

Hopefully, that would include you.

I agree I cant stand telemarketer's!  But for you to say "Together, we can help to put this company out of business, but it is up to us to complain and let our combined voices be heard."  Is the most ignorant thing I've heard in a while.  You must be a pretty well off, to not remember what it's like before you have a degree and work jobs that you hate just to keep the bills paid.  Such as what they do!

We have been bombarded with telephone calls from Jamica saying that my husband had won the sweepstake. $1,800.000.00. Iet started in June.  There are 25 + different telephone calls I have written them down.
On Sept 25th When they called, I hung up the phone. They called at 1:02, 1:08. 1:09, 1:40. 3:00p.m. ad 6:50 we were gone. I have it all on Caller I.D.
It started up at 6:48 a.m., 6:49, 6:50. 6:51, 6;52, 6:53, 6:54, 6:55, 6:56, 6:59, 7:03, 7:08,cell
7:08 private, 7:09 cell, 7:09 private..14 total calls.  
The last call  I gave Bob the phone and he said okay.  
The conversation went on for at least 40 minutes more.  The guy with an accent said he was here in
Sun City with the check to be delivered to him. Bob said okay
Bob told them he wanted to meet the man and receive the money.
Bob was to take a shower and get dressed up, come alone to the bank at 9:00 a.m.and take out $299.00 in cash.  Bring it to Walmart on Lake Pleasant road and get a money transfer.  
Then Call this number 1(876) 282-1898 Mr. Sheldon Black and an FBI Agent will meet Bob and take him to the bank where the Million Dollars is waiting. There will be a certified check with Bob Engelman on it.

I got the cell number of the jerks who call from this company.  Lets see how they like it.  Number is 510-368-3811

I have been getting calls from this number every few days, for a few months now. it's extremely annoying. i answered once, and it sounded like a telemarketer, so i hung up. and yet, they wont stop calling.

Continue to call cell phone no messages.  Called the number it is Green Alliance,  Left message for them to remove my name/number from their listing...

This is a home energy scam.  They sidestep FTC regulations for the "DO NOT CALL" registry by stating that they're doing a "home energy survey".  They really want to sell you thousands of dollars worth of useless home improvements.

Just tell them that you're on to their scam and that you're filing a complaint with the FTC and they'll hang up.

I took your advise and left a detailed message for Maggie Marsanico the property manager.  I let her know that the telemarketers DBA Green Energy Education that she is renting space to are running a scam and harrassing people with phone calls.  I told her I was filing complaints with the BBB and the Do Not Call Registry (which I did).

They call and hang up when I redial the message told me I could report them to the FTC if I wanted them to stop calling. Is that the only way? It is crazy they call 2-3 times a day.

I did some research it?s a telemarketing scam, they post ads on Craigslist under the Phoenix employment section. The tricky thing is that, in their employment ad, the number changes with each ad they post. I found out that the address connected to this scam employer is 1625 W University Dr Suite 117 in Tempe, Arizona. This is an office / industrial park.

I would call BOTH of these contacts and ask them who the business is that is running out of this space and inform them that this business is running an illegal scam, the two contacts should obviously have information about their office tenants, such as an actual real individuals name, their contact info, etc.

I?m also going to drive by this office to see what I can find out, possibly take pictures just to piss them off to let them know people are onto their whereabouts and scam.

I also got the exact same information with this number, which has been calling my CELL phone every day at appx the same time for the past wk! I answer, it immediately disconnects. So I called it back & got the "Peter Doofus" message (come on, get real!) and by choosing option 2, the recording basically tells you to go pound sand. This is BULLS***T and it better STOP!!!

I got a call yesterday and today from the Green Energy Education Center, I answered and the call immediately disconnected.  I called the number back today 7/8/11, and like others was asked if I wanted to reschedule my appointment; I picked option 2 (?), the VM box of "Peter Doofus", who said if I didn't like to be called and hung-up on to report them to the Federal Trade Commission.

Called June 27, June 30, July 2, July 5, July 7 and leave no messages. Call back now has Green Alliance Education center message asking if you would like reschedule your appointment.

I have been getting calls from this number for a few days now and i looked online to see what number it was. Tonight I picked up and told them to not call again and that they are a scam. They preceeded to tell me it was not and that they would like to talk to the home owner. I told them i was and that they were a scam and i told them they are lame and probally not even high school educated. DO not call again. They then precedded to call 2 more times again being combative. I don't think they will call me again.

This number came up, I googled it and it shows Green Alliance. I Noticed this number also come up on my home phone number which is not suppose to be listed and was just recently new. This seems to be telemarkter who obvioulsly did not purchase the DO NOT CALL Register with BOTH my numbers on it. They call the cell phone and home phone. I try calling back and get message the inbox is full. WTF? emptied it out bi****s.

These people called me twice, June 29th and July 2. I like how they won't leave a message, that totally doesn't make them seem shady at all...

Just received a call from a drunk solicitor at the number listed on this site. June 30th 2011.

Got a call from (480) 968-6252 on Tuesday, June 28th, 2011, at 3:17pm. I did not answer it and they left no message. A Google search came up with Green Alliance, Tempe,Arizona. It appears to be some sort of solar energy company. It must have been a telemarketer. It doesn't appear to be a scam. I am not a home owner, so they are not screening their leads before making calls.
