These losers have been calling my house for well over a year for someone I've never even heard of! After numerous times of informing them of this they continue to call my house. If it's a legit debt, wouldn't they already have ones S.S.#? Idiots!

Someone from this number called my house yesterday.  He would not give my wife any information about why he was calling other than that he was with this law office and if I didn't return his call he was bringing legal action against us.  For what?!?!?  When I called them back he just kept asking for my SSN and address.  I told him I don't give out my personal information over the phone and he got angry and said he would take this as a refusal to cooperate.  I told him he could take it however he would like but I'm still NOT giving personal info over the phone when he couldn't even tell me what it was about.  Wouldn't you think that if this was valid he would already know my info.?  Am I gonna get sued?  Can I get sued without knowing what this is about?

Yeah, same thing happened to me. They called me telling me they were "collecting on a debt" and some weird account number I've never heard of. When I called them back, they wanted my social security number and address. DO NOT give away your info! I refused. They guy got angry, but I told him if he didn't have my information, he obviously didn't know what he was doing. I hate these people. They're incompetent and stupid.

Yes. But they don't show up at court when they sue you. They send a third party lawyer. And a lot of the time, if you get an a***ole judge, they still get their money... Even though their methods are highly illegal. IMO, they should be shut down.

I called back this number that left a message. The man that answered the phone, Will Roberson, refused to tell me what it was about without verifying personal information. I said why would I give you personal information when I have no idea who you are or why you are calling. He said he couldn't discuss it without the verification of who he was speaking with. He said that if I didn't want to give him the information he was asking for, I could end the call. I said I didn't want to end the call without knowing what it was about. He kept arguing with me about it and began getting loud. And then he hung up on me. I tried to call back the same extention number and it went to a voicemail for someone else. I left an angry message about Will Roberson and how rude he was. We will see if they call me back!

DO NOT I repeat DO NOT give these people any vital information no matter how many times they call.  They keep on calling asking for someone that doesn't exist here and I have told them repeatedly that there is no such person.  I called the number back and amazing how they tell me that my number is not even in their system and that the person they ask for is not even in their system.  This company buys unpaid accounts that are way past their statue of limitations for collection and try to bully people into sending money.

This company is looking for someone who used to have my phone number over 8 yrs ago. I googled the phone number and got their name - Gordon & Weinburg - and their address in Conshohocken PA.

I called them and was able to leave a message. I told them to take my phone number off their list. I hope they do it.

GORDON & WEINBERG are nothing but a couple of guys who have law degrees from schools no one has heard of and cannot make living from their  law pratice so they take accounts that are many years old and they try and trick people into thinking they owe someone money but most of what they say to do it is pure crap.
It sounds like they use a telemarketing company in Nigeria and the so called law firm does not even have someone to answer the phone or any way to leave a message for these deadbeat lawers.
When I have talked to them on the phone they say thay cannot discuss why they are calling without me giving the my SSN.
They are not even licensed to do business in Florida where I live but that does not stop them they are completely dishonest
