God I received the same called today looking for my husband ... The lady on the phone told. Be ready to lose my husband lol JERKS !! Then 30 minutes later another guy called saying that he was from a law firm and that my husband was gonna be taking to jail . So I said good ill b waiting for it ... THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM AND I CALLED LAW ENFORCEMENT REGARDING THIS MATTEr. Hope they will do something about it ..

Some one name Ryan King from State of Pennsylvania law firm called me an stated I owe Americash who represents many lending companies in the amount of 987.41 online service from internet .He stated the last four numbers of my social security number this scared me and he kept on talking saying the police will be at my door and they will pick me up on Friday, December 16, 2011 for fraud. I didn't know what to do until my daughter  told me to goggle that number and here I am! I PRAY THAT OUR HEAVENLY FATHER WILL STOP THESE PEOPLE IN THEIR TRACK
THESE PEOPLE HAVE DOWN HOME NAMES WITH Arabic sounding voices I tried calling them back and their voice mailbox can not accept anymore messages.

You are so right about keep calling them back. What I did was do  some research on where they were located and what specific areas they were calling from. So, when  they  constantly started calling back. I told them that I knew where they were calling from and that I am tracing them. And was going to get in  touch with their law officials there. As we speak, I noticed  the calling has stopped  but still its too soon to tell at this moment.

I am still monitoring   these  people and I hope I will never in my life time encountered  with this experience again because it is horrifying.

Hi , I have check these telephone numbers to see where they are coming from. I found that they are coming  from    different regions such Nigeria and many section in that country.  I got this 905 and 289, all of these coming from those foreign countries.

I am so releved now, because I was so depress and nervous about this situation of who are these people.  And what a blessing to have this cite.I can get  in touch with people who are going through what I am going through.

I think these numbers should be trace and catch these people in their activities. They  think  they are so smart. The law enforcemen should do something about this. This is very serious. I also did some research in  The Ripoff section and saw where lots of complaints about these same people. I don't understand why haven't these  people   been caught yet or in jail. What is wrong with our society? Dose anybody care anymore?
I will fight for my rights if its necessary.

Hi Shelly, I want to let you know that I am having the same identical things having to me from these low downs. This one particular man is constantly calling me at my house and my job. But, I am waiting for these low downs. I think its a group of them, they sold $99.00 from my checking account saying it was an installment for a credit card which I had approved for $5,500 of line credits. All of these people are working together.

They will get what comeing them soon or later. " Whats Goes Around Comes Around".

You are so right. I have notified the police and we are on the look for these no good , low down, dirty rats. Who ever they are , they better be careful and watch their backs.  Trying to scam people out of their hard earnings. How low can you get.
The man had called me on my job. And constantly calling me at home, but they don't  know  that are one step away of going to the "hole".

I keep getting calls from 4843522340 saying they need my attorney?s telephone number as well.  This is obvious scam and I wish the FBI would do something to stop this type of harassment.

Two weeks ago this freaks were calling from a different number.  They try to act like a law firm but sound completely ignorant on the telephone.

I've also received phone calls/messages from this number; stating that either me or my attorney need to give them a call.  Before this number began calling, I recieved phone calls from a 7** something area code, and when they spoke I could barely understand them with their heavy accents.  They too were saying they deposited money in my account and I owed them.  I had to be very rude to them, and let them know I NEVER received anything from them, and quit calling me.  But now, I'm receiving the calls from the 484-352-2340.  I looked this number up online to see where the calls were coming from, and discovered this page.  This whole thing started after I applied for a payday loan online, in which I applied with a legitamit company and I'm repaying them.  I will NEVER again apply for anything online, because your information is being sold !!! I only wish these calls would stop!!!

This person says his name is Jack william from the State law of PA, he's constantly calling my job, house and cell, he state that I owe 8000.00 dollars that I deposited in my account, then he says I deposited a check for that amount, he says I will go to jail and I need an attorney, also that I must call him back or my attorney should and if i don't that I will be locked up, the police will come to my job or my house and pick me up and there won't be anything I can do about it.  So i called the number back four times and all four times there was a busy signal.  I am grateful that I found this site, because as you all should know, i was going crazy trying to figure out this situation.  Much appreciated, and i hope whoever else this is being done to can also find this site and read all the posts and hopefully this will ease their mind just like it did for me.

I've also recieved several voicemails on my cell from this number.  They say that they will only talk to me or my retained attorney.  They know the last four of my SSN!  They also say that I have to call back soon or there is little they can do (for what, they don't say).  When I try to call back with the number provided, there is a message saying that the number is unavailable.  The caller's accent is so heavy that he's very difficult to understand, and reverse lookups trace this number to India.  I'd love to know what this is all about, but can't get in contact with anyone!

Yes, this is a scam.  They are trying to get your money by scaring you and pretending they are a law firm and you owe money on a loan that you did not pay.  You have to beat them at their own game.  Call them back and tell them you are calling them because they owe you money and let them know that you are aware that they are calling from India and you know they are a fraud.  They will hang up.  Keep doing it.  YOU GOT TO BEAT THEM AT THEIR OWN GAME and then they will STOP.  TRY IT.

I keep getting a call from this number leaving me voicemails that i should get a lawyer..clearly its not legit

this person keeps calling my phone saying that I owe money which I feel I don't owe any money.
