618-655-9961 has called my home phone and cell phone numerous times, especially in the past week. On 9/7 they called my cell 5 times and my house 3, they never leave a message and I don't plan on answering them. I do live in Illinois and this number I believe is coming from the Edwardsville area.

Same deal as above.  Multiple calls from this number...no message.

Just got a new cell number, apparently I always get a former deadbeat cell #'s! How do you make these idiots go away???

Got calls in February to my cell from 1-618-655-9961, which I assume are dunning calls. I do not answer calls from numbers I do not recognize.

This phone call rings in multiple times a day.  Never answer.  They always leave a message if this is Brandon so and so please press one now.  Then they hang up.  When you call back no one is there.
