crank call from this number.. not a word

called at 11am.  i didnt pick up, they didnt leave a message.  googled and found this page.  cant we call that number back or something?

if you call that number they give you the option of being placed on the do-not-call list.  i just did.  just dial number, recording comes in, press #1.  thats it

Automated message offering home insurance. I hung up after the first five seconds or so.
