you really think scammers/telemarketers check the Do Not Call registry??  lol!  your best bet is to make note of the number, go to the Do Not Call registry site and file a complaint against the number - and don't hold your breath waiting for the feds to do something about it - but you may feel a little better  :)

Called me on my cell phone & didn't leave a message. Are they allowed to harass us on our cell phones now!? Bad enough that they do it at home.

i've had 2 diff numbers call today and another yesterday.
i'm adding to blocklist, but there is an infinite amt of numbers they can call from.  :(

Really....I am on the Do Not Call list.  Did not answer and no message left.  Appreicate the info that everyone provided from other victims.  I hate this sort of stuff.

Got the call at 11:40 Am. Did not answer. I am on the do not call list so I dont know why I am getting these calls.

They have called several times.  Last time was at 2:15 am.  One ring. Woke me up dang it. Blocked the number  

This number has called twice 4/10/2014 at 2:05 pm and 4/14/14 at 5:49 am. I think it is a scam!

I received a call from this number on my cel phone at 11:05 at night!!  I called back this morning and got a recorded message telling me that it was from the National Benefits Enrollment Program and due to their high volume of calls to call back another time!  Ridiculous!  11:05 pm?????

Got a call 2 days ago and didn't answer it.  Got another one at 3:27 AM this morning and they hung up after 1 ring.  NICE.  What purpose this this serve to them?

This number has called a few times. i have never answered because it is a number i do not know. i can ignore phone calls from unwanted numbers. what i have a problem with is that this party called me April 13 at 12:33am. That is not right.

I also got this call at midnight. I jumped to the phone thinking "OMG must be something serious if someones calling at this hour" and saw it was a number I didnt recognize. The phone call woke up my infant who barely sleeps as it is. SO rude. WTF

Called me at midnight!!! Called back, it's a dumb recording about health insurance.  Where do we draw the line with this crap?!!

Received a call at 4:20 AM from Conway, AR

Received a call on my cell phone from 501-358-3094 at 6:35 AM. Two rings, hung up. Called back to find out who it was and it is some 'national benefits enrollment department for health insurance', recorded message only: 'receiving a high volume of calls, please leave name and number....'. I am also on Do Not call Registry. It is illegal to robodial cell phones, but the FTC really can't investigate every call. They say just hang up when you get these. Don't press 1 or an operator or any number to opt out because you will probably just get more calls once they know it is a valid phone number.

I sometimes add these numbers to my contact list under the name of "Don't Answer", so they appear at the end of the list.
