Who is this?

Really rudely yelling about my request being denied and I never requested anything.

I got a call from this # and ASPS was on my caller ID..I never answer calls I don't recognize so I did not talk to anyone..If you want a great toy on your computer..download phonetray..it is free and you can zap calls or do whatever you want to do with them..You have to have a voice modem and caller ID but it is well worth it..

I get numerous calls per day from this number, and the I.D. is A.S.P.A., but I don't know who or what that is, so I just don't answer the phone.  It certainly is annoying!!  I'd like to know who it is, so I could pray that they would get as equally annoyed.
