Even more reason for suspicion!  Called the number back...the phone doesn't "ring", it rolls straight in to voice mail which says "the magic jack customer you have reached is not available".

I recieved call this morning too.  Claiming to be "First Urology".  Wanted to verify my address, and let me know they were accepting payment over the phone.  I said "OK"...long pause...phone call concluded.  Suspicious for sure.

DEFINITELY has nothing to do with ANY account of mine. These calls are fraudulent. These folks should be stopped by the Attorney General's office in KY. It isn't just a one time call..... They have been calling often. "Urology" is pissing me off !  My thought is to send them to the proctologist !

I keep receiving calls from this number, they let it ring once and then hang up.  never leave a message.  

I received a call from this number. The phone rung once and the caller hung up w/o leaving a msg. If it is from First Urology, I have paid my bill w/the doctor's offc therefore no one from their company should be calling me. I will report this incident to their offc. Whatever you do never give your personal information out to individuals over the phone. I now encourage not to even pay online. I did and now I have foreign speaking individuals calling me with threatening, harrassing and abusive phone calls. This has been going on for two months now. I have reported them on ic3.gov. I have even started blocking their numbers when they call. They only call from a different number if they realize the previous number was blocked.

This number called and told us our bill was nearly twice what it actually is, and our bill is just a couple of weeks old, not seriously late.  Prior to that, we were completely up-to-date.  When my husband actually visited First Urology and got a printout of our current balance, the lady at the desk said their billing is out of Georgia, not Louisville.  She wanted the phone number to find out who was calling in their name.  

DON'T agree to pay over the phone to ANYONE who calls you.  Call your own regular doctor's office and pay, or better yet, pay in person.  That way you know you are not paying some scammer.

The call is from First Urology in Louisville regarding payments owed.

I received a call from this number asking for my Mom. They did not say who they were. She was in the hospital at the time and I asked if there was something I could help them with. They said it was a private matter that they could not discuss with me and would call back. Still never gave me the name of the company. I would like to know who it is. When I try to call the number back, it won't go through.
