Received call from this number. It's a debt collector.

I've been getting calls from Frost-Arnett @ 502-716-5299. Fortunately Verizon allows any number NOT in my contact list to be blocked automatically. What a concept. Good luck finding me Frost-Arnett and have a good day.

It's not HIPPA, it is HIPAA. HIPAA is the acronym for Health Information Portability and Accountability Act.

It is Frost Arnett ( a debt collector). They call from multiple numbers but this is the one that appears most on my cell phone.
Fortunately I have them blocked from my home phone.
For me they're trying to collect on an old surgery bill for amounts that were billed after my surgery, amounts far above and beyond what my insurance company approved to pay and far above and beyond what I came up with at the time of my emergency surgery, per my co-payment schedule of benefits. They would not admit me to the hospital until they had
pre-approval from my insurer or my full co-payment. They are trying to collect close to $6,000.00 more than I was quoted the actual surgery would be for.
Thank God for The Affordable Care Act. My new insurer CANNOT discriminate against me for a pre-existing condition,
and they cannot jack up my rates just because I've been ill before.
I am terminal.  
If Frost Arnett can get this out of me after I'm put in the ground, more power to them.
In the mean time they can blow me.  

Received a call from this number.  Was an auto message that said, "If your name is _____ _______ than we have a message for you.  This is not a sales call"  It was my name and since I had a doctor there thought it might be him.  Was not.  Don't know who it was since they put me on hold for 5 minutes.

these people called at 2.30 am. i thuoght that was against he law.

Received call from 502-753-1449, Frost Arnett. Answered and no one said anything. See on here it is a collection and I owe no one anything.

It is a collection agency.  I had no idea why they were calling me, but they said some strange name and siad that person lived in my house and owed them some money. I never answer the phone when i see this number cause i have no idea who the person is and they certainly DO NOT LIVE IN MY HOUSE!!!!.

Frost Arnett: this is a collection agency. They do a lot of hospital collections and the like. If you are getting calls from them, it is more often than not in regard to a medical bill. They are generally very good about working out pay arrangements with people on a level you can handle.
According to law, they cannot give any information on the reason for their call until they confirm that you are the person they were calling. They also do not leave voice mail messages for the same reason... Federal HIPPA privacy rules

These are bottom-feeder collectors......They buy up OLD useless collection accounts and use threats and intimidation to try to collect, whether or not the account in question was ever yours......

This company sucks. They are collecting medical debt. I called them directly to settle a debt. I offered them 50% payment to settle and they refused. I told them if they didn't take my offer I wouldn't be able to give them anything in the future (that was from my last working tax return and I'm now a stay at home parent with zero income). They didn't care and got rude. Well hope your happy with $0 instead of the $1500 I offered you. That money went to legit companies willing to work with me since you wouldn't take it. I am now debt free except for this stupid company.

When googled Frost-Arnett is identified as a collections agency who boast on there home page they are very agressive.  They just called my cell # and I do not answer calls on any phone from #'s I do not know so simply hit the ignor button.

I have received call from this number recently and I just ignore it.  This morning I received another call from this number and they did not leave a message.  I called back and they said they were looking for a specific person, but it was not me or any member of my household.  When I told them they had the wrong number they apologized and took my number off.

You obviously have a dr. bill they are trying to collect.

no one is ever on the line??????  We just got this number thirty days ago and this number calls everyday.

Called number back several tmes , never an answer , phone just keeps ringing , this has gone on for months , How does one stop this
