I have been trying to contact these fools and the extension states a lady name Jennifer somebody and leave a message but no one never answers the phone and when the recording comes on it says you have reached Capitol nothing else.  Somebody needs to contact these people and make them stop.  They know so many people has lost there jobs and now they're trying to make money off of you it is so sad.

How often have they called you? They told me I will be served a summons and the debt they are attempting to collect on, I have tried to contact the company previously to make arrangements(before this) and never got a reply. I found out that the co is out of business. Capital refuses to tell me anything about them regarding whereabouts.. I wanted to check them out to make sure if I pay Capital that the money would in fact go towards the debt and not a scam. This is the first time this particular company has called but I have in fact been called by scammers before and Im a bit gun shy.

They just keep calling you and stating that judgements have been placed on you and it is a time sensitive case and you need to call this number back 888-472-5822. You never received anything in the mail but they just keep on harrasing you and threating you.

I got a voice mail message from these people. The person did not leave his name or phone number, says he is calling from Capitol Associates and that he is a process server. Has anyone ever heard of this company? Please help!...

I recvd a call from these people on 9/8/2011 saying I owe on a debt, they would not give me an address or even a zip code. They of course wanted my credit card information. Does anyone know who they are?
The answer their phones Capital but when asked they say they are Capital One Associates or Capital Legal. They can't even tell me who they are. Please help!...
