they  just called and hung up on  me when I questioned them.

I was at Oktoberfest in St. Charles, MO over the weekend and my wife got us signed up for a home improvement giveaway. I suspect that's where these calls are coming from.

I was stupid and entered a contest they were having and the calls have not stopped. They want to set a damn appointment to come out and do an estimate. I told them the first time I could not afford food and I wasn't going to buy anything and they will not stop pestering me.

this company has been calling me for over 3 years, I have repeatedly asked them to not call me I am not interested in their products they ignore me and keep calling me at least 1-2 times a month. PLEASE STOP!!!

My wife and I put our name in a drawing for 40% off a bathroom remodel like 6 years ago at the county fair.  They came out and did the free estimate, just to replace our old cast iron tub and leaking tub surround they wanted over 5k, with the discount.  F*** that!  They have continued to call me off and on for 6 years.  Ive told them repeatedly to stop calling me, im not interested in thier products or services.  I put thier number in the "block" list in my phone for the last 5 years and havent answered their calls in 4 years.  I still get a call from them at least twice a week.  They were calling me twice a day.

I received one of these.  Who is it?

Please file complaints to http://www.fcc.gov/complaints and to your local Attorney Generals office. According to the FCC, you can take the telemarketing firm to small claims court and collect a nice sum per each violation (it can vary by state).  But you can't collect if you don't file a complaint!

Unlike most telemarketing companies, this one actually provided real information.  Address is 5611 Fern Valley road in Louisville, Ky.  According to Google street view, the name on the building matches my Caller ID.  Where I respect the fact they appear to be somewhat honest, that will not stop me from filing a complaint.

From my experience, the best way to get them to stop calling is to just set the damn appointment. It's free, so I just had them come out and look at my bath tub and said no when they were done and they have never called me again. Four years later and my phone never rings.

this number just appeared on my phone i didnt answer it cuz i dont answer numbers i dont recognize and they didnt leave a message

I was called twice on 10/12/2010; 7:08 and 7:54 p.m. I didn't answer since the number was unfamiliar. They didn't leave a message. My area code is 513 (Cincinnati, Ohio).

Primax of Louisville calls me four times a day. If you try to answer, they hang up on you.(before even saying "Hello") If you call back, they hang up on you about half of the time. I asked them over a dozen times to stop calling me and yet they will not. They have been calling for about two months and they call EVERY single day at all times of the day. I just got a call from them and its almost 9pm.

This is one of those random businesses in your local mall.  You probably signed up for some type of "giveaway".  Ironic,  I just got a call from these people telling me I have won something......
