Keep receiving calls from this number and they never leave a message. Can not call the number as it disconects if you try to call them back. What is up with this ?

Still liable under DNC. Just hard to serve and collect when you get a judgment.

This number called my cell at 2:33PM CST today (1/5/12).  I did not answer because I was at work.  When I tried calling back, it rang once and went to voicemail.  I have a number based out of New York state and I live in the midwest.  I do not know anyone in Oregon.  The caller left no message and I do not know who they are or why they called.  I am assuming it is either a scam or a telemarketer.

I just received a call on my cell from this number.  I wasn't here to answer and there is no message.  Very few people had my cell phone number.  This is the second call I received from a strange number since Google asked for my cell phone for security purposes.  They said they would never give to anyone.  What a coincidence!

Got a call from this number at 3:57 PM, and got a call from 503-250-0519 @ 3:37 PM. Spam Ham's. Hate them. Wonder who sold my number. Probably Sprint.

Just got a call from this number, didn't answer, no voice mail, won't allow return call. I've had this number for 2 months. Irritating.

Got a call today. Some sort of scam. Trying to sell me some health insurance, but what was weird is that it was targeted to Texas residents.

Anyone know how to block it without calling my provider?

People - I cant believe you all still think the DNC Registry is legitimate. I used to work for a call center so let me explain this to you.

ANY company you have ANY contact with has the "right" to use your information (ie call you relentlessly) for 18 MONTHS! That means every credit card, every bank account, your phone, your cable, all of it.

Now here's the kicker: These companies can share your info with their "partners" and THEY also have the right to contact you for 18 months.

And now for the cherry on top: If you contact a company for any reason they now also are considered to be "doing business" with you for said 18 months. So if you call to inquire about rates for a new phone company but don't buy, they can "share" your info with this Singapore based Healthcare Co and voila!

They are calling and you are bitching "but I'm on the DNC!!!" It's all a scam. Just don't answer and don't stress it if they don't leave a message it wasn't important so who cares?

I received a call on my mobile at 11:02 EST today.  Sounded like an automated caller from a health care company, so I disconnected immediately.  My number is registered on Do Not Call.

Saw that the company the owns this number (Pacific Healthcare Holdings Ltd) is not an American company, so I would assume also not liable to be obligated by the Do Not Call list.  It operates out of Singapore. Also includes a link on its home page that is a reported attack site.

Got a call today and last week during work! Don't answer!

How do these companies get your cell phone number?Really?Some damn people have to work to pay these high cell phone bills and can't talk during work hours.Whoever this company is if it is STOP!

Beware that companies who collect your phone number for billing info could sell it off. Even if they say they never give out personal info, they also never said they wouldn't sell it for the right price.

Company is called Pacific Healthcare. I got a rep on the phone. When I asked for them to stop calling, I was hung up on immediately. Scumbag telemarketing again. When I try to call the number back, I get a busy signal.

Call from Portland, Or. Did not answer, they did not leave voicemail. I'm getting calls from here about once or twice a week. I even have my cell number on the federal do not call list.

Why does this number keep calling me, I always miss the call and they don't leave a vm, when I call back goes to a busy tone. My phone says its a Portland Oregon number.
