Called both me and my brother in law with in 5 min of eachother and we live in different states but just happened to be in the same housetogether at the time. Tried callin back got a busy tone.

4 different #'s beginning with 503 have been calling my cell phone twice a week.
finally answered to the sound of a ships horn and offer of free tickets for completing a survey.

It's a "survey poll" advertisement scam. They pawn it off as a survey, but they're trying to sell some travel/cruises. I hung up after 30 seconds.

I think the problem with that, is that "surveys" are an exception to the Do Not Call List, so this one might not count
