called my cell phone, no msg
i called back, recorded msg 'this is a non-working number'

Called after 9pm so I didn't answer. Called the number and got a recording stating 'this is a non-working number'.

I think this is a non-profit call center.  I am a member of AZ PIRG.

Second that it could be a non-profit call center. I am or was, a member of US PIRG and they have a tendency to switch up their numbers to solicit funds and use numbers you cannot call back.

When I tried to call this number back, it says that it has been disconnected.
