Debt Collector
This company is the worse collection agency I have ever dealt with and if you have medical bills you deal with them a lot!  Constantly called, left messages sounding like I was in big legal trouble.  Now I am though.  Suing me in Civil Court after I requested to speak to a supervisor.  Never was allowed to speak to anyone other than the person that constantly called me. They have captured my signature electronically and added them to all sorts of agreements I never have seen.  Going to report them but they have the attorneys.  The have broken so many consumer and credit laws and nothing is being done.

Again, "J" F you and your old hag of a mother.  If she wasn't an illiterate idiot maybe she could get a real job.  Why are you, her concerned son, not supporting her?  Can't get a job yourself, eh?  Must make you feel like a real man to see your mother have to do collections calls to pay the rent because she raised a loser.  Serves you both right.

I also just received a call saying, Hi XXX this is Julianna please call me back at 503-252-0083.  That was it, it shows up as a blocked call on my cell phone.  How did they get my cell number?  I don't like when they don't tell you they are a collection agency.  I don't call people back I don't know.  I Googled the number to see who it was and found this website.  Glad to know I am not the only one irritated with calls like this.  If they are legit then why don't they tell you who they are when calling, company wise not name wise.

I got letters from Quick Collect Incorporated, and wrote them back a letter on the address: 235 NE 122nd Ave, Portland, OR 97203. The letter came back as: 'undeliverable as addressed'.
I did not include 'Suite 301' or '#301'.
Does anyone know for sure this is their address in Portland?
Why should a letter come back as 'undeliverable' ??!!.

When I  answered the  phone. A lady called  asking for another person, I asked 2x if she ( id herself as Angela)  was with a company, she said it was just a personal call, refused to say anything else and asked  the other person to call the number 503-252-0083

QCC is a collection agency. Usually for unpaid medical bills from OHSU, etc. If they call you, you have a debt with them and you should call them back to resolve the matter. Talk to Barbara. I talked with her and came up with a payment plan. Dont ignore them. They will sue and hand deliver a subpoena to your work or private residence. I had this happen and they will not mess around. Again, talk to Barbara. (503) 252-0083. If she is not there, leave a message. She will help you resolve this debt and very nice to talk to. Good luck!!

i am disabled and i did call them back the lady said i would be sued if i did not pay the bill for medical 911 transport. i told her my insurance pd this she called me a big liar and said that i need to take my medication or more of it because i am not thinking straight. i was so upset i hung up and now i am reporting them to the mental health dept for abuse mentally. if i had been someone who would be suicidal i would have or could have killed myself that day with more medication.
i have no respect for people who think it is okay to harass others, not everyone owes and mistakes are made. this collection agency is known for it's harassing tactics. They will be sued so maybe next time they will think before they call and be rude, nasty and make comments about mental status of people.
i have always pd my bills, even by little when needed. let them take me to court and look real stupid ...they should do their home work before they call people.
COLLECTORS ARE NASTY UNHAPPY PEOPLE WHO COULD NEVER WORK IN A HONEST SETTING WITH THE PUBLIC. MY OPINION STANDS!

My mother has respectively worked for 35+ years to support her family, thank you very much. Do you think my mother WANTS to work in the collection industry? No, she'd much rather quit that job and retire, where she doesn't have to deal with people's ridiculous drama, excuses and disrespectful attitudes. Unfortunately, the hard economical times don't leave her much of a choice but to work where she's at. Real mature to tell someone who's financially struggling to get a "real job" when in this economy, there is no such thing as a "real job"---job is a job, and anyone is fortunate to have one. Oh, nice "nickname", by the way. Go troll some place else--or, better yet, GROW UP.

For 3 years these people never made contact with me. I called them and the bill went up over $500. Called them 30mins later and they wanted another %10. Talked to the BBB and asked why they never bothered to contact me and then they claimed my phone was turned off. Told them to send me a bill and I'll pay, got a paper from the county telling me they were trying to sue me for and additional $100. Now I'm trying to find their office so I can finally pay them and I can't find anything! All they are willing to take is a money order and I'll have no proof that they'll get it.

Debt Collector
Just received a call 30 minutes ago identified on caller ID as from 360-344-3006. They left a message saying "Hi Katie, My name is Shannon and this message is for Andy. Can you please have him return my call at 503-252-0083. Thanks so much."

I realize this is most likely a debt collector due to failing to properly identify who she was. Facts are, my phone is NOT Andy's phone, and NEVER has been in any type of manner. His debts are NOT my debts. So, I will do no such thing of passing your message along to him, or having him call you back. If they want to reach him they can call HIS phone, and he can decide whether to contact them back or not.

Every bit of information to track Andy down is available out there in databases that they easily have access to, and even more info on with ones they pay a fee to access. If *I*, a non-debt collection trained commoner, can track him down using services I don't have to pay for, then surely someone trained for this should have no problems doing so. Either that, or I'm just ridiculously good at this and should start my own P.I. business. ;o)~  As far as I'm concerned, not my life, not my debt...They can get bent.

Wow, after reading all of your posts, its apparent that you are just as smart as Chuck! If doctor and hospital bills were not so outrageous to begin with, which could happen if our entire system wasn't so completely screwed up and corrupt, then all of us could be as "honest" and good as you and Chuck. I once had to go to a hospital in Croatia for an emergency illness. The doctors were wonderful, it didn't require an obscene amount of time or paperwork, and the whole visit only cost me 5 of their dollars, 7 if you include the medication, which I didn't have to get a prescription to obtain. Now, how is it that a country like Croatia can take such good care of their citizens while the U.S. can't still struggles to? Figure that one out, since you are such a genius.

Oh thats really great advice, thank you for that one. .. People like you are part of the problem! You think that just because someone doesn't pay their doctor bills that they are not "honest". Well aren't you just a genius. If our country took care of us, the overworked and underpaid, maybe put some of that money paid out to crooked, corrupt CEO's, politicians, and other truly dishonest people, not to mention the billions overspent on the military and millions more not accounted for, if they took all that money and instead applied it to health care, most of us on this site wouldn't be in the situations we're in. Reasons like this are why we are all seeing so much civil unrest in the U.S., and all across the globe for that matter. I personally got my debt thanks to a crippling foot problem that required a visit to an expensive podiatrist. At the time I was in college, yes I'm a college graduate, and I was very poor. I'm still poor by most standards. I didn't pay my bill, not because I am not an honest person, but because I could not afford it. And now that I am a tiny bit more financially stable I want to pay what I owe. But, I should NOT owe twice as much as what the original bill was. And I don't deserve to have my credit tarnished just because I was not fortunate enough to be born into the upper crust of society. I want to get a better job, I want to be able to buy a home of my own, I want to be able to support a family.  I have worked my a** off in school to try to be able to get ahead, but companies like QuickCollect are doing all they can to try make sure people like me never can.

It's not a scam. For your information, this "Debbie" you're referring to is actually my hard-working mother. She's a medical collector, who, yes, gets a little peeved when people bail out on paying their medical bills (but hey if this was a perfect world and everybody happily paid their medical bills, my mother wouldn't have a job... Haha the irony). Nobody likes to deal with collectors but you think getting those phone calls is a pain in the a**? Try doing my mother's job and deal with immature, disrespectful people every day for minimum wage! Have a little more respect, she doesn't like having to call you up and chase you around any more than you do getting her phone calls!!
