503 608 4724 went into my bank account and took 4.99 out. How can this happen? Who can I call and now I wonder how many times this has been done..only reason I found this out is because of the alert I have on my phone through my bank.

I get calls from this number multiple time a day. Caller ID said it is Oregon that is all. them will not leave a message.

A couple of weeks back I was getting calls from this number 503-403-2694, they never left a message.  After filing complaints against this number they quit calling.  However, this number started calling again starting this am at 0800 and has called several times today already.  Never leaving a message.  Needless to say I have once again filed a complaint with the do not call registary against the number calling my number.

Either you are not very bright or you work for these scam artists. THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!!!

huh... I've gotten a total of over 30 calls from this number, I'm glad to see I'm not the only one.

I have been getting calls from this number at least 3 times daily with no message. I called the number and it said it was wells fargobank and gave realy odd hours to call back.

Call them every minute. That's how I am spending my Sunday. Now they are hanging up on me.

What is your problem? So you think that it is all right for someone to call you every hour on the hour. Whoi is not in debt. This never gives anyone the right to be an a** hole and keep on and on. I guess you do not own ANYTHING........................

They want you to give a ss# and/or acct. Wells Fargo is who they say they are with.

Got a call from this number 5 times already, they said it was Wells Fargo.... But I've never had an account with them EVER. This is clearly a scam. Reported this to my DNC and filed complaint with FCC.

If you got a call from this number ask yourself if you bank with wellsfargo and you overdrafted your account then this isn't a scam , no don't give out your info they should only ask for your last 4 digits of ssn and the ending digits of your account everyone knows that will verify all. If they ask give then last 4 if they want the rest they should tell you the rest once you verify the last 4 if not then yes possibly a scam you people have overdrawn accounts and they will call till you pay it off.

I too have been getting calls constantly from this number.  This is harrassment and we should be able to stop this.  I have asked them repeatedly to lose my number, yet they continue to call.

They (the auto dialer) were calling constantly.
I let them know that the Oregon caller ID was not helpful.

This number 503-403-2694 called me twice today. When i picked up they asked for someone i know, and i said it was the wrong number. I called back because i thought it was strange that they called my phone number asking for someone i knew and thought it was a joke. When i called back it said it was Wellsfargo and they asked for my Social and Account number. I said hell no, who are you and how do you have my number? She said she could look up my number i gave it, and she said i was not in the system. I told her to stop calling me and to remove my number and just hung up. I thought that was really strange. Who the hell is 503-403-2694??? And STOP CALLING!!!

I am not sure who is calling from this number and it is harrasing me. So What can I do to get calls from this number to stop calling me.

Got a cal from this number this morning, blew it off as a wrong number. Just received another call from it. Said it was Wells Fargo. Funny, the bank never calls me about anything, they only mail me things and I call my personal banker if I need anything. I'm also on the National Do Not Call Registry and do not give out my phone number.

I went ahead and filed a complaint with the FCC online as well as the Nat'l DNC. Hopefully that helps!

Called them back and told them i was aware it was a scam, and that per my request they need to remove my number from their call-list. The gentleman on the other end happily agreed and thanked me for being kind. Haven't received a call since, will let you know if i do :P

Wow i guess i'm not the only one. Just received another call from this number 5 minutes ago. They have been calling my number for the last several days. non stop. No one ever answer when i picked up. I called back and a rep. pretended to look up my information by my phone number but wasn't able to.  She then asked for my account and my social security number. What a scam. Almost got me here. Hope no one fall for this crap.

Got a call from them once daily or so - they never leave a message - when I called them back they said they worked for Wells Fargo Bank Overdraft department asked me for my account number or social and then when I didn't respond they hung up.

If you get this call - don't ever give away that information over the phone. The bank would never call you asking for your account number, and they would never verify a transaction over the phone - only in person.

It's fraud.

503-403-2695 is Wells Fargo overdraft department and I've received several calls from them asking for parties unknown to me and I've requested they remove my number and they hang up. I finally called the number back and spoke to Jim..He assured me that my number would be removed. If they call again I will be turning this over to my Attorney who is handling two other law suits against these unprofessional idiots from collection agencies who don't believe fat meat is greasy.....

This number won't leave a message...They called five times on  a Sunday!

Would it be better to answer and say that you know it's a scam, or just to let them keep calling? Cause, I was getting this from another 503 number that was doing the same thing (calling multiple times, never leaving message) and now that number has stopped and this one has started.

I saw that some of you told them it was a scam. I just really want to stop getting a call every two hours, ya know? So, should I answer and call them out on the scammyness, or just let it keep ringing?

No it's not legit. Wells Fargo will NEVER ask for your social security number.  Whenever you get a call from a number like this that does not say wells fargo on the caller ID - call the main wells fargo number which is 1800-towells and verify with their fraud department first.  They want you to think this is legit because they want your identity and your money, but they really aren't.  Wells fargo and the police departments in that area are aware of the situation and there is an on going investigation.

This number calls me at least 3 times a day. A woman finally left a voicemail stating her name was "Rose" and she was calling in regards to my Wells Fargo account. When I called back, the same lady answered within the first ring. She asked for my credit card number immediately and would not say anything else unless I gave her my credit card number. I ended up just hanging up on her, but she already knew my first and last name which was very weird. I immediately went into a Wells Fargo branch and they say it is ABSOLUTELY not them calling. They said it is a SCAM. They said they would never harass any customer like that. Also, when you call the real Wells Fargo number, there is music playing and an automated system that says "thank you for calling Wells Fargo"  asks for your account number or card number, but when you call this number, the lady immediately answers. please do not give them any information! They call from multiple numbers and are still continuing to call. Also the wells Fargo banker advised me to change all of my accounts, so you probably should also if you are receiving these calls.
