I receive at least one call a day from this number.  I usually don't answer, but today I pushed 1 to speak to a live person.  When "Cynthia" came on the line, I told her that I would like to be removed from their list.  She said nothing and hung up on me.

I see from looking this number up here that it is another of those "lower your credit card interest" calls.  I get about 3 or 4 of these a week and they are the primary reason I usually don't answer my phone unless it is someone I know.  I have about 5 of their numbers blocked but they keep getting new numbers.  Everything that everyone else has said about not leaving messages or identifying themselves is true.  Often they hang up after 2 rings also.  They also continue to call even though I have told them I am on all do-not-call lists when I have answered and there has actually been someone there.  Usually it's just a message about lowering my rates and pressing '1' if I am interested.  There is usually no one there when I have.  I am pretty sure that they know I block their number and now just call for annoyance.  I would like to see whoever is behind this in jail for life!!!!!!!

I received a call from this company and the caller ID states Financial SVC as the caller name.  When I press 1 to get a live agent, a young man came on the line and I asked where he was located.  He said in Golden Way Arizona.  I asked what company this was and he stated Card Services.  I asked what was the physical address and he said there wasn't one so I asked for the PO address and he hung up.  I am on the DNC list for YEARS and continuously renew - so there is no reason for anyone to call.  This is a scam without a doubt.  They are hoping to get information from people so they can take the money out of your accounts.  DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION!

calls me 5 to 7 times a day. I dont answer. They dont want me to answer lets put it that way!! GO AWAY!!!!!

"Card Services"   I am SURE that they will lower my interest rate, IF I give them my address, social, DoB and current credit card numbers. I suppose that enough people fall for it so that it's profitable for them.

I just got a call from this Oregon number, me living down in metro Los Angeles.

I usually get 1-3 calls per day, from unlicensed Gypsy contractors, wanting to work on my house, originating all over LA County.

After sending 50 or so complaints to the FTC, to no avail in the nihilistic Teabagger piratical deregulatory environment that currently prevails in Washington, DC, I have stopped answering the calls, my only defense of sorts.

Still the calls continue - 15 months worth, so far.

I have received a few calls from this number, from FINANCIAL SVC, also.

will not answer any number that I do not know.  Why don't they understand that people have caller ID now and stop with the calls.  The do not call list is a big joke.  These people should be sued.

Financial Svc (On called ID) and I would bet it's the same scumbags as Card Services.

With all these tech savvy people these days, why can't someone invent a device that connects to the phone so that when one of these a***oles calls, you can just push a button and send a feedback that will fry all their equipment?

Filing a complaint with the FCC/FTC doesn't do any good. Even if they can track them down, all it is is a little fine and the scumbags are right back at it.

Now if congress passed a law mandating the investigation of every complaint and requiring the results to be published to include the business address and the names and home address & phone numbers of everyone involved with the company, that would be a deterrent. Especially after a couple of carcasses showed up in a drainage ditch.

Caller ID came up as Financial SVC, and this number 503-457-1413 I pressed 1 and got someone on the phone, I told them to take my number out of the system, she said they would but when I ask for information on the company she said I did not place the call someone else did I told her the computer called me and that was not legal, she hung up

Not the first time, but the latest call received from this number came in at 9:57 am on 10/12/12.  When I called back, I got the same message about it being from "a commercial marketing organization." I declined the offer to press 1 to be removed from their call list because I assumed that doing so would not work and would only validate my number so that they could keep calling.  My caller ID identified them as "FINANCIAL SVS".

Same here Glen. I wish there was a way we cold turn the tables on them, so we don't have to get those annoying calls anymore. Pressing 1 to be removed has not worked, the 24hrs to be removed is BS. They just use a different number.

The reason a large portion of the people are having trouble with this number is because this number is being "Spoofed" by Delta Outsource Group, a collection agency located in O'Fallon, MO.  They will try and gather enough information to create an account.  Many bank accounts have been drained by this establishment and many "Spoofed" phone numbers have been fraudulently used to aquire information.
This not only hurts people by the harrassment, but also hurts the establishment that the number belongs to.

I wish they would stop calling. They called at noon, as soon as I told the guy I only deal with MY BANK for credit card changes and to stop calling, he just hung up so I called right back and got a recording saying if I wanted these calls to stop to press 1. I did but I know they will keep calling, the numbers just keep changing. This is crazy that they are allowed to keep doing this!!!!!!

Same "offer" from the same number. 503-457-1413 I did not talk with any of their "representatives"; just simply hang up the phone. They have been calling us dosen times. I wish someone would have time to investigate this fraud.

Call came in at 10:37am on 12-Oct-2012.  Caller ID just reads 5034571413.  No msg left on ans machine. Redialed this number and a robo voice says that I have received a call from a comercial marketing organization, without identifying this "organization"; further, it said to press 1 at any time to be removed from their call list. After pressing 1 the message said to please allow 24 hours for our number to be removed.
 Our number is already on the federal Do Not Call list.

Received a call this morning @11:10 AM and left a message on my answering machine and they would help me to lower the interest rates on all the credit cards. Caller ID displayed 503-457-1413 number. Such calls are annoying and should be stopped. Such practices should be banned and violators should be prosecuted to the fullest extent. They are abusing technology and resources.

Talked with representative 503 457 1413 on 11/12/12 @ 9:07am.  Representative was told to put me on the do not call list - he disconnected immediately.  

This is not the first time a call was received from this company.

Received a  call 10/11/12 @ 6:04PM from 503 457 1413 wanting to lower my rate on "all" my credit cards. Wanted me to give them my credit cards information. Came up on the caller ID as Cell phone OR 503 457 1413

Loyal 9 marketing is calling us 4 to 5 times a day. We told them to stop but they don't.  Please help.
