the caller was from the United Kingdom.  When I tried calling the phone number I got a message that the phone number had been disconnected or no longer in service.

I got this an it was my parents calling me from the UK. Must be some diversion.

Caller misrepresents themselves as "Chamber of Commerce," "Oregon Chamber of Commerce," or "Oregon City Chamber of Commerce."  Always someone different calling.  *69 today returned the phone #503-476-3687, which, when called, returns the disconnected or no longer in service message.  A reverse lookup on that phone number (through 411) reveals no listing for that number.

number is just too bogus and can't call it back even so that they have tried to contact me 17 different times.

I just got a call from this number and when I answered the call it started to play a song. It was Rick Astley and it was playing that song "Never Gonna Give you up." And then some female recorded voice came on and said something, but unfortunately the receiver was not up to my ear. It was very odd, to say the least.

To expand someone' earlier comment:

This is a VoIP (layman's terms: telephone over the internet) relay which is used by several services.  It may come up as something on caller ID, but it's not meant for you to call it back.  I know wheremycellphone.com and prankdialer.com use this relay for calls in Oregon, and there are undoubtedly other net-based services using it too.  Unless someone you know is trying to contact you through a bad VOIP service, then you're just being prank-called.

the same number called me last night at 04:30 am, twice, when I tried to call back it says that it's a non working number....it's a total mystery!!!

When my mom calls me from Turkey from his Turkish cell phone, this number pops up!

I got phone call from this number at midnight, too. Someone is talking but not understandable. It was annoying, but I did not try to call back. I am in Oregon.

my husband is deployed in Europe and called me from Skype. The caller ID said LLM Services and the number was 503-476-3687

just got this call didn't answer
no (area code) but it says  "LLM SERVICES" 476-3687.
