Phone rang only twice.  Called back based on Caller ID.  Phone said I was connected, and I could hear what sounded like background noise.  But no one would respond.  This is weird.

Did not communicate when I answered.  When I called the number back that was on my caller id a recorded voice claimed it was Survey Research company (Harris) that randomly calls numbers.  Survey person was asleep at the switch but unfortunately for Harris probably getting paid.
