This is a new number for me. Caller ID says Canby O. Do get several calls per day for several days per week from callers like this. Most calls have area cods of the State of Washington, Oregon, and Utah with a few from Illinois and Florida. We just ignore them all and thank for caller ID

I answered, and no one on the other line.  I have a list by my phone of all the numbers like this one that I can ignore.  This number's getting added to it.

Although this number usually shows up on caller ID as PACIFITEL, this time it showed up as Financial Center. It's the same garbage. Every time they call, I report them to the National Do Not Call Registry. At some point, I hope the feds can catch them, levy a huge fine, and put them out of business.

These hopelessly stupid idiots dial my number over and over for days, months, and we don't even
have credit cards with interest --shows you how very moronic they are. We are on the do-not-call registry
with the govt. and Verizon. Why can't these horrors to humanity be stopped??
They call themselves "Financial Cntr." ,Credit card services, using various phone numbers.  If only
I could learn where they live!!!!

Spammers offering lower interest rates for my credit card (impossible because I pay off my bill every month). Just stop answering - or keep blocking the numbers. There is really no other way to alleviate these calls.

This phone number calls at least 3 times a week. Never leaves a message and does not answer when I pick up.  DO NOT WANT TO HEAR FROM THEM.  I am on the Do Not Call list, that does not seem to work.

Yup, got a call from them, pressed one to speak to someone, someone answered and I pretended to play along and he hung up on me mid sentence. I dont understand their business model. They are not even attempting to scam me, all they do is just call my phone and annoy me.

Time to take the same tactic I used with extended car warranty scam.  Start Calling every credit card and ask why they are calling to reduce interest.  When they say it isn't them, ask them to use their clout to get these calls stopped, they may ask for the number.  I talked to the president of one of the real extended warranty companies and he said he was sick of getting complaints, and that no one would buy from them because of the scams and he was going to call other companies and get the right people moving on this, it was costing them to much in customer service time.

I do not want to hear anything from these people. They present false information, bother me at my home, and then hang up on men when I try to talk with them about removing my name from their call list.

We are getting repetitive calls--over many weeks-- from this PACIFICTEL number.  Nobody is there when we pick up and say "hello."

We are registered for "do not call."

They call once a month

I got the operator from this criminal company. When she asked me (in a nasal voice), "Do you want to lower your credit card rates?" I said, "Why do you keep calling me..." at which point the c*** hung up on me.

Someone needs to find out this company's main number - we need to call and keep calling until they either change their practices or they are put out of business.

I would love to find out whee they are in Beaver, Oregon; Someone should go there with an ax and chop some of their f****ng heads off.

Complain!  If you are on the National Do not call list - fill out a report.  503 is an Oregon area code - call the Oregon Atty General 800 # and complain.  Pacifictel is out of CA.  Email them at info@pacifitel.com and complain.  Contact the CA Atty General and complain.  Once these creeps are tracked down - they will get fined by the States and the DNC list.  Let's fine them out of business.

Get calls from this number at least twice a week.  This has been happening for the last 5-6 months.  Each time they use the name "Cardholder Services" and say it's their last call.  NOT!!!!  I've never listened to the call past them telling me to push '1'.  I just want them to go away and I'm going to complain again to the 'Do Not Call Registry' which seems to be totally useless.

I am in a long list of people who got calls from this number. It is a credit card company offering to lower your rates. How did they get my credit info? huh?

When I pressed #1 and told the lady to take me off of her call list, she hung up in my face. I thought that the "do not call" protected me from this...I GUESS NOT!!!!!!

This phone number is associated with phone spammers.  Usually located in Las Vegas.  Numberous complaints to the FCC but they just change phone numbers.  You can use a police whistle when you get a voice or yell stop calling me.  Dont press 3 to be taken off the list it just shows them that you do listen to the message and they will call you more.

This number called and naturally I didn't answer it. Of course there was no message.  Not sure why it is but it seems like I get a lot of these scammers calling from Oregon.  Probably have nothing better to do when they're stuck in the house all day because of all the rain they get up there in the Pacific northwest.

These are spammers!  DO NOT give your credit card information out to these creeps.  I registered a complaint with the Do No Call Registry.  Each complaint helps get these idiots stopped.
