Got a call saying I participated in a Wallmart survey and they wanted to give my $100 in free gas and gift certificates all for free. All I had to do was register online at their website. I didn't take any survey from Wallmart or anyother place and when asked how my number was obtained, they hung up. Sounds like a scam to me. Waka Waka. Isn't that a saying from Fozzy Bear?

Not sure if it's recorded and automated or if the lady on the other end was just rude and reading a script type thing. I demanded they not call again, she just interrupted me with, "but you've won a $60 gift card." When I insisted on speaking to someone who could take me off their call list she just got silent and eventually the call ended. There has to be some way to get the calls to stop on grounds of harassment or something.

I received this call yesterday afternoon. I was to get an email with in 15 minutes to tell me how I could get free gas etc. I got no e-mail so far. And money was taken out of bank account within a few minutes.
I hope someone can stop these calls and scams.

This number kept calling so finally answered. It was "Waka Network". When I navigated to the web page they gave me to see how I "won" the gift card, I saw all the complaints and scam testimonies about WAKA. Same thing as all the scammers, try to tell you get something for nothing, then find charges on your credit or debit card. If you call them back, they never know what happened, can't speak to the same person or whatever. Bottom line, they are after card numbers to rip you off. You don't get something for nothing.
