have called 3 days in a row... spam call... blocked the number !

Didn't recognize the number calling in on my cell phone. Declined the call so it would go to VM. Automatic message cut off much but did capture part of it saying to remain on the line for a survey and repeating that 3x's.
I, also have my number on the DNC...much as that does any good. I don't owe any money to anyone, and I have seen an increase in "bogus" calls to my phone, lately..this, just being one of them..

Caller via recording said "This is Rachel from cardmember services........no problem with your credit card, but ....."  I hung up.  Have had this same recording from other numbers.  Caller ID says "service call".

Automated aggressive message to sound like they are your credit card company and that several attempt have been made to reach you regarding an important matter concerning your card. I receive several calls a day from this number, I have spoken to a real live person and demanded to be removed from their automatic dialer. I have blocked the number as well. I have reported this number every single time they show on my caller ID. I report EVERY unwanted call to DO NOT CALL. I honestly don't know if the DNC registry is more than a false sense of empowerment for the masses.
